Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, etc.) trusses, raft, purlin, vertical supports (posts), MS clamps for gutter, etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing, welding in position, preparation of surface with mechanical buffing, finishing with 2 coat enamel paint over 2 priming coats of approved make, including cost and conveyance of all materials, tools, labour, all leads and lifts, other incidentals, etc. complete. Steel section's dimension shall be as per the drawing or nearest higher section.

Transporting & Fixing roofing with 0.56mm thickness coloured aluminum powder coated roofing sheet trafford type and fixing with self drilling & self tapping screws with necessary overlap 150mm at ends, sides including cost and conveyance of all materials, carriage of sheet from CSL to the site, labour, all leads and lifts, necessary fixtures, other incidentals, etc. complete. (Except aluminium roofing sheet, all necesaary arrangements shall be done by contractor including screws & fixtures, etc. Aluminum sheet will be supplied by CSL free of cost. Finished area only will be measured and considered for payment.)

Supplying and fixing roofing with polycarbonate roofing sheet of suitable colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge and fixing with self drilling & self tapping screws with necessary overlap 150mm at ends (if required), sides including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, all leads and lifts, other incidentals etc. complete. (Finished area only will be measured and considered for payment and sheet to sheet connections shall be given with stitch screws.)

Supplying and fixing 0.4mm thick or higher Aluminium coloured Ridge (flashing sheet) using self tapping screws, FRP coating in gaps, all necessary fixtures including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, etc. complete. (Fixing shall be leak proof.)

Supplying and fixing 150mm uPVC gutter with spouts at the eve of roof for collecting rain water (over laps should be glued inorder to prevent leakage), connecting with rain water harvesting down water pipes, necessary fixtures including MS clamps for holding gutter fixing to line and level cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, fixtures, incidentals, etc. complete in all respect. (Quantity for MS Clamps & rainwater pipe will be measured under respective items separately.)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 using 20mm down graded broken granite metal in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached plasters, columns, grade slab, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering using wooden planks, joists, shuttering sheet, jacks etc. excluding cost of reinforcement work. (For Pedestal)

Supply and Fabrication of reinforcement steel for RCC work including labour for, uncoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, tying with GI binding wire etc. complete but including cost of steel (Fe500 grade steel), cost of binding wire, cost and conveyance of tools, machineries & labour etc. complete in all respect. (For Pedestal)

Plastering with1:4, 12mm thick cement mortar floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels including cost and conveyance of tools, machineries & labour, curing charges etc. complete in all respect. (For Pedestal)

Painting on external walls with two coats of weather proof emulsion paint on one coat cement primer of approved brand and colour including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, other incidentals etc. complete in all respect. (For Pedestal)

Supplying, Installing & Testing at site in position uPVC pipe (SWR) of Type B (IS:13592) including SWR rubber ring fittings wherever required and clamping in Position & jointing with adhesive approved by manufactures including cutting and making good the walls and floors as required at site (For Vertical & Horizontal Shaft piping. Vertical clamping @ 2.50m or less c/c, horizontal clamping @ 1m or less c/c).

Drilling & bolting for making post for the truss. Rate should be inclusive of cost and conveyance charges, labours, tools & machineries, other incidentals, removing wastage from the building, etc. complete and make it ready for concreting. Rate is inclusive of tracing columns and locating post above the column.
