Annual All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of water cooled complete HVAC system having screw/centrifugal chiller, chilled and condenser water circulating system, cooling tower, AHUs, associated electrical and water softener systems, Air-conditioning Management System ( PC and associated field devices such as DDC panels, controllers, sensors etc.) and all as detailed elsewhere in the tender document. The job includes day to day maintenance of the systems, attending to the complaints, repairs/rectification works including consumables, breakdown/ preventive /routine maintenance as per OEM recommendations /maintenance schedules, maintaining records etc. as required. a. International terminal HVAC Installations. (i) First Year ( 2022-23)

Operation of water cooled complete HVAC system of International and Domestic terminal buildings, with all related equipments and accessories including AMS operations on all days including Sundays, Holidays and National Holidays, as per the requirements of AAI as indicated in elsewhere in the tender document.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. (a) Thickness 0.80 mm sheet

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. (b) Thickness 0.60 mm sheet

Spray painting with one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, manufacturer and colour to give an even shade in the linear continuous grills and diffusers of assorted size, distribution boards, Electrical panels/ Junction boxes/feeder pillars, condenser pipe lines etc. pertaining to HVAC system provided in the Terminal Buildings, including cleaning the surface, applying two or more coats of primer wherever necessary including removing, shifting of installations from existing site to a suitable site for painting where ever required. Scope also includes re-lettering/lettering of various distribution boards/panels wherever required.

Supply and applying of Fire resistant (UL 723) protective coating ( VB-95 or equivalent ) used for protection of Thermal Insulation of chilled water pipes , of approved colour/shade on existing insulated chiller pipes and existing condenser piping of various sizes using glass cloth for reinforcement, suitable adhesive with two or more coats of the protective coating ,including cleaning the surface, scraping out outlived tar-felt/prepare the surface to have adequate bond with the insulation, repairing of existing damaged insulation using cement plaster/wall putty/white cement, wherever required. The application of the protective coating shall be as mentioned in technical specification and/or as per manufacturer recommendation to the satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Supply and applying of Fire resistant (UL 723) protective coating ( Starbond 30-36 or equivalent ) used for protection of Thermal Insulation on existing GI exhaust/fresh air ducts of assorted sizes at various locations, using suitable adhesive with two or more coats of the protective coating including cleaning of surface wherever required. The application of the protective coating shall be as mentioned in technical specification and/or as per manufacturer recommendation to the satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Supply installation, configuration, programming, testing and commissioning of following BMS controller (or any latest version of the same) compatible with the existing BMS system and integrating the same to the existing BMS system to achieve control and monitoring of the AHUs. The scope shall include provision and installation of all required peripheral devices or any components/firmware/software required for successful establishment of control and monitoring. AAI shall not be bound to provide any back up of firmware/software for completion of the work. (a) PXC 12

The cost of integrating the sensor to the existing BMS shall also be inclusive in the scope. AAI shall not be bound to provide any back up of firmware/software for completion of the work. (a) Siemens QPA2OOO
