Taking up the un reinforced precast concrete cable cover of any type from the existing trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HT, type-I, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Laying only un reinforced precast concrete cable cover as obtained from item no 7.00 here n before of class HT, type-I, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid in trenches.

Supply, spreading in trenches sand cushioning with dry and cleover and under the cable for protection of cable,complete all as directed(Punned thickness shall be measured for payment)Note: Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning and consolidating of sand.

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable HT/LT,PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armored heavy duty aluminum conductor form pole, wall and trenches etc after disconnecting complet all as directed.

Supply and fix earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall/over head reservoir on batten or recess or chases or buried inground or drawn in conduit /pipe fixed on poles insulated as per Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe ofrequired size all as specified and directed by Eng in Charge. Note:- Item rate include necessary excavation on both sides of road.

Cutting & trimming of tree trunks/ branches having grith not more than 50 mm, falling on or likely to fall on LT over head electrical line for clearence of 3.0 meter on ground from the nearest conductor/pole /earth etc .& disposal of unservicable materials to distance not exc.50 mtrs .& clearing of site all as directed by Engr -in-Charge. Note:- The distance between two poles is measured as one span.

M&L for provision of PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth, platforms, pole coping etc., all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth, platforms, pole coping etc., all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and Supply and fixing insulating rubber mating chequare plate made out having electrical resistance of size 1000mmx2000mm with thickness 20mm suitable for use 22 KV working voltage,dielectric strength 40 kv with working temperature up to 50 degree centrigate complet all as directed.

M & L to find out fault location in 11000 V /415 V UG Cable of any size by using cable fault locator directed by all as specified and directed by Eng in charge. Note:-Contractor must bring cable fault locator at site within 24 hours of intimation otherwise recovery @ Rs 1000/Hr will be charged after 24 hours.

Material & labour for cable route indicator made out of Aluminium plate 80 MM dia, 6 mm thick & fixed over M.S angle iron of size 30 x 30 x 6 mm, 60 cm in length duly painted with Synthetic enamel BLUE paint suitable for LT cable all as specified & including embedded in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 of size 30 x 30 x 20 cm in ground complete all as specified.

Taking down the old transformer oil and testing the TRANSFORMER OIL CLASSIFICATIONS* with the following from NABL accord test lab (i)ACIDITY OR NEUTRALISATION NUMBER(NN) (ii) INTERFACIAL TENSION(IFT).(iii) IFT-NN Relationship and other test complet all as directed.

Disconnections the HTand LT connection 0f 11/0.44 KV step down outdoor typeTransformer of capacity 50KVA TO 250 KVA. and transportation to workshop Opening the top cover and taking out the core and drain out the unserviceable oil.Discalling the oil tank, removing all sludge and acide cleaningalso. Removing the all sladge,carbon ,acid from the core and coil,dry the coil and heatvarnishing the same.Decarbonizing the all connected parts.Filling new transformar oil,refixing the top cover,top up the transformer oil and dehydration and filteration the oil upto dielectric strength 30 KV,and testing, including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete including reinstallation in original position and reconnection all as directed.Note: (i) Cost of Material and labour, for various parts will be paid seperately under respective items of Sch-"A".However cost of labour towards dismelting,assembling ,tools and lifting arrangement,transportation is deemed to be including in this items.Cost of sundry items viz cover bolt,plug cap,screws,washer,air release plug etc deemed to be included in quoted rate.(ii)New oil to be measured and paid in respective items seperately..(iii) Testing and commissioning of transformer after repair and submitting of test report with satisfactory result to be submittted.

Supply Transformer oil in pack container complet all as directed

Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the transformer from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to the contractor's workshop, carry out the required repairs and transport the transformer back to the site , install it, reconnect all the incoming and out going cables by properly crimping using lugs of suitable size taping the bushes / bus bars, using insulation tape and testing complete of capacity up to 500 kva all as directed . Note:- (i) Rate including allinsulating material for winding coil (ii)Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side , rewinding,dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.(iii)Testing of Transformer in workshop complet.
