Base line survey studies and data collection, source studies, topographic survey, hydraulic and structural design of all the components of water supply schemes including intakes, conveyence pipes, pumping machinery, rising main including electrical and mechanical equipments complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design with on soft copy to the department.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavted earth up to all leads and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. including dewatering/bailing out or pumping out water during excavation in foundation.earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in Pick-Jumper work as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating Each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of mild steel electrically resistance welded bevelled edge flanged/Butt welded pipe conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 L210 or A of below mentioned grades in item as per dimensions, weight and test pressure mentioned therein code (mill tolerances to be restricted within+- 3%) in random lengths of 4 to 7 mtrs including the cost of fabrication of bends by butt welding from parent tube as required at site. Only 5% joints shall be flanged joint and remaining 95% shall be welded joints and welding of pipes will be done as per IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 of make Adwani/Orelon (Adore)/ESAB. The laying & jointing of pipes should conform to IS:5822-1994 (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperatly) The pipes and specials shall have both sides galvanized as per BIS-4736, the galvanization is done by the manufacturing firm itself complete in all respect.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) of GMS pipes heavy/medium class jointed with 5% flanged & 95% butt weld joints with of below diametre conforming to IS 1239-1990 (Part - I ) with latest upto date amendments of grade and wall thickness as specified below, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in randum length 4m-6m with plain ends and jointed with MS Flanges conforming to IS 6392-1971(Latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges as per IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS 814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00 mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1998. Providing and fixing Plaster of Paris( P.O.P.) false ceilings duly suspended from RCC slabs, using GI mains and cross sections, angle "L" runners with walls , frame grid size will be 45x60 cms, fastened to slab with 8mm dia fasteners, using wire mesh 5x5mm grid, 1mm dia wire fixed with screws on GI frame work, then applying 12 mm.finishing layer of POP, complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks 60mm thick vibro completed up to M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block gray or colored over sub-base of concrete with 25 mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 Sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c/ curing rubbing & polishing complete in all leads and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete .

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
