Supplying, Installation Testing & Commissioning hi wall Split type Inverter model AC unit (both indoor & out door units) complete with cordless remote control with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality, rotary compressor 5 star rating, 1.5 TR capacity, copper condenser along with supply & connection of copper tube, electric cable & insulating cover, supply & fixing of suitable size MS angle iron bracket /clamps with nuts bolts duly painted for setting outdoor unit including necessary drilling in wall for passing of copper tube & drainage pipe & making good the disturbed surfaces of wall including necessary electric connection between indoor & out door unit complete all as specified and as directed. S&F flush type 6 module Power unit consisting of one SPN MCB 20A, one single phase motor starter for over load protection, one heavy duty plug top with indicator & one 3 pin 25A socket assembly complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old one. Make : Northwest Cat No ACPU6M-FT or equivalent.

S & F metal box 6 Module for mounting power unit complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old one. Make : Northwest Cat No MB06M20GGI or equivalent.

Taking down sub main wiring with aluminium/copper conductor PVC insulated cable of any size drawn through rigid conduit / casing caping (surface/concealed) including GI wire accessories etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Sub main wiring concealed type with 6 sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs of single core PVC insulated stranded unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable upto and including 1100 V grade drawn through PVC rigid conduit fixed to wall / ceiling etc including 6.0 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated stranded unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point all as specified and directed . (Note :-(i) PVC rigid conduit with all fittings/accessories shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Two runs of 6.0 sqmm single core cable and one run of 6.0 sqmm earth continuity wire to be measured as one length.

Supply only 25 mm dia PVC rigid conduit, medium grade including all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks / frame work for fixing of out door unit of split type AC at roof level and similar work con- forming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as directed including taking out old steel work.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 25 mm dia High density Polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified & directed for drainage of chilled water including taking out old one.

Supplying and fixing 20 mm dia flexible heavy duty PVC pipe for water drainage of AC including all fittings fixed on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified & directed including taking out old one.
