NOTE:- (i) The material and labour cost required for taking down existing fitting / fixture and fixing of new item shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Additional labour charge required for immediate attendance of complaint only shall be quoted under this item. (ii)The technician employed by the contractor shall available on all working days. The quoted rate shall inclusive of all labour, transportation of material and tools. (iii) The contractor shall display contact number of technicians in 'E' area at Naval Base to register users complaint. (iv) A penal recovery of Rs. 400/hour/complaint shall be effected on contractor beyond 3 hrs. A register shall be maintained by contractor duly countersigned by Concerned JE & AGE with time of occurrence of defect and time of rectification and submitted for claiming payment..
