M&L for demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor, terrazo tiles floor & paving of exceeding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level ) by mechanical tools and removing excavated material outside of MoD land, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded brick aggregate ) as in sunken portion, sub base,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete / brick surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished, even and smooth without using extra cement over roof / sunken slab /wall complete all as specified and directed. Note:Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ".

M & L for 30 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg of cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 150 micron thick polythene film pasted with help of adhesive shall be provided over treatment complete all as specifed & as directed.

S &F in repair 50mm bore tubes light grade galvanised with all fittings laid in floor as in spout pipe, etc complete all as specified .

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs ,bath room etc., to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying two coat of Shalimar supercreten/Nitobond/Dr Fixit of make as approved in technical instructions. (c) Fosroc's complast X421 IC@ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of Fosroc's Nitto bond AR cement slurry /STP No. 1 liquid @200 ml per bag complete (d) This treatment shall be allowed to air curefor four hours followed with water tightness by ponding for 72 hours and rectify defect,if any till elimination of defects.

Taking down PVC chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) of any description not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface & hot blown grade bitumen 85/25softning point 115 degree C @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer . (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%.
