Flyash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using flyash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) using good coarse river sand of aproved quality finished smooth over brick masonary after racking out joints including watering & curing with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials & labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-incharge.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) finished smooth to ceiling plaster with surface after racking out the joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2.5 cm (1") thick grading concrete with C.C (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size h.b.g chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying concrete and ramming , watering curing including cost conveyance , royalty, taxes of materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Providng and fixing Vitrified Tiles in floors treads of steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials , labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazed tiles in dados, skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick cement mortor (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles inlcuding rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveynace, taxes of marble / tiles labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. gates, steel windows, M.S. windows grills to windows and openings and collapsible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm size with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour taxes and royalities with all T&P etc. complete in all floors including cost of screws and other required materials of approved quality as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Washing two coats over the wall surface including watering curing cost , conveyance , taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
