Flag off Audio visual vehicle (IEC VAN) for general public at District level by DDC concern in presence of Superintending Engineer including hiring of vehicle with PA system, running of vehicle to all blocks of District for 7 days including distribution of pamplets. The duration of day will be from 8 am to 6 pm in all conditions of weather & roads etc.

Printing, binding of pamplets with colour/black & white, photographs & drawings etc. The material of printing & photographs shall be provided by the department/ approved by DDC its distribution shall be covered in item-Ist. The pamplet shall be maximum of 5 leaves including cover.

Co-ordinate and facilitating the meeting of DDC with PHE Department members, block level Officers, Panchayats to discuss the various issues regarding JJM implemantation of role of all stack holders special focus on grey water management including arrangement of furniture, hire charges of meeting halls, Audio system, presentations and refreshment.

Arrangements for conducting the Gram Sabha meetings at Block level under Chairmanship of Executive Engineer PHE concerned, the participants shall be Sarpanchs, Panchs, Asha Workers, Anganwadi workers, prominent citizens including all members of VWSC including arrangement of invitations to all members, hire charges of halls or tents etc. Audio system arrangements for presentation, vehicle, refreshment etc. all inclusive to complete the job. Also includes making/arrangement for cultural activity (street play, music etc., audio visual show, demonstration of water testing by field kits, techniques of hygiene & handwashing, the agency shall make all related arrangements. The field testing kits and lab experts shall be provided by the Department.

Conducting of rally in co-ordination with Executive Engineer PHE concerned, Asha workers, Anganwadi wokers, ALWs, participations of children & women, the agency will arrange the permissions for route and ground from DDC concerned will all audio arrangements and banners/holdings. The focus shall be on save water.

Arrangement of village level meetings at blocks under Executive Engineer PHE concern, the participants shall be Sarpanch, Panch, Asha works, Anganwadi's Workers & prominent citizens involving all members of Pani Samiti's. The meetings shall include cultural activities, Audio visual show, demonstration of FTKs and hygiene. (Handwashing etc.) All arrangemenst including invitation, refreshment, seating halls, tents etc. shall be made by Teh Agency.

Validating functions:- Arrangement for main function at District level under the Chairmanship of DDC in presence of PHE staff (SE, Executive Engineer, AEE concerned etc.) including Sarpanchs, Block, Asha workers, Anganwadi workers arrangement for halls, tents, seating audio visual system, banners, coverage by media. The function includes speechs, play music, demonstration of FTKs, hygiene etc.
