Making an arrangement for collection of data, by atleast two nos. qualified personnels (Minimum qualification Science Graduate/Diploma Engineer) at site (i.e GPS Co-ordinates, present Primary yield from RBTW, Type of land, Density of population, Sunlight catchment possibilites etc) alongwith collection of site photographs (four view), preparation of site plan, submission of water quality test report (from District laboratory/Prescribed PHED Laboratory), and submission of Feasibility report (as per prescribed format) for installation of solar Array as well as distribution of water pipe line as per direction of EIC.
Opening of existing IM-2 hand pump, withdrawing all existing hanging pipes, connecting rods, cylinder etc. by opening thread carefully from the existing borewell/tubewell then overhauling & re-installation the same after yield test by engaging expert tubewell mechanic and helper as per sites provided by dept. and as per direction on EIC.(Spare parts to be obtained from dept. store as per requirement)
Transportation of yield test machinaries & skilled and unskilled workers etc for to & fro journey.
Making yield test of existing Bore well/Tube well with the help of Yield Testing Unit (YTU) by hiring, which is to be carried out by using a single phase 1.00 H.P. submersible pump driven with a Diesel Generating Set and installing it at an average depth of 57.00 mtrs. ( as Practically feasible) at such borewell/ tubewell including all labour charges, complete at sites provided by Dept. as per necessary direction/instruction of the E.I.C for minimum 8 Hrs. continious Pumping. NB: (1)Rates are inclusive of GST taxes. (2)One represenative from dept. will be present at sites during execution of work.
