Annual Periodical Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations including Annual Operation and Maintenance of Ground Lighting Facilities, Perimeter Road Lighting, Hight Mast Lighting in operational Area, Fire Detection and Alarm system, Fire Fighting system, UPS, Water Treatment Plant, LT panels, CCRs, Switchrooms and other Electrical & Mechanical Installations at Technical cum ATC Building, Fire Station, Medical Center, DVOR/Glide Path/ Localizer shelters etc. involving repair and maintenance, including operation of AC units, Water Coolers, RO systems and Lifts; attending to complaints/ fault/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying-out Preventive maintenance and upkeeping of records/documentation etc. as specified on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays as per Agreement conditions/ terms & conditions of tender documents by providing/engaging manpower as mentioned in the SCC clause-12 with sufficient number of relievers throughtout the contract period. (NOTE: Shift timing will be decided by Engineering-in-charge or his representative as per the site requirement and flight operational hours.)

Provision of additional hour required for operations due to delay in flight, emergency, major maintenance works. Beyond the scope of item no. 1 on as and when required basis.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of 2 Nos 125 KVA online UPS (Make-NUMERIC-LEGRAND), three phase in, three phase out IGBT based True on line double conversion type DSP based using VFI & PWM technology by OEM/authorized service agent of OEM / Specialized Agency and submission of servicing reports including all spares except batteries and power cable. All parameters shall be as per enclosed specifications (minimum one visit per month) and attending any nos. of breakdown calls as per terms and condition. (for 24 months)

Servicing/ maintenance of following servo voltage stabilizers by OEM / authorized service agent of OEM / Specialized Agency including submission of servicing reports as and when required. Servicing/maintenance of each stabilizers will be considered as 01 job (Job does not include supply of spares).

Servicing/maintenance of LT panels/ APFC Panels installed in operational area at Dehradun Airport. Job include mandatory visit of Specialised Engineer/Technicians of OEM/ authorized service agent at site, and performing maintenance/ servicing of LT panels/ APFC Panels as per OEM's recommendation with minor repairs (without supply of any spare) and attending to breakdowns as and when required. (Servicing/maintenance of each panel will be considered as 01 job)

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract including repair/replacement of all parts of Blue Star/ Voltas/ LG/ Lloyd/ Hitachi/ Carrier/Haier make AC units at different locations in Airport premises complete as required as per site requirement for following capacity & following type (Each one Set/Job per month).

Dismantling, Shifting & Reinstallation of Tower type air-conditioner unit of 3/3.5/4 Ton Capacity of Voltas/LG/Lloyd/Hitachi/Carrier make in airport premises (Job i/c piping work upto 2 feet, Gas charging etc complete as required ).

Digging out the cable trench for the following size cable for fault rectification by removing out the faulty cable and detection of fault and re-laying the cable after rectification in the same trench with new sand cushioning and by using the same bricks as protective covering and refilling the trench complete as required.
