CLEANING AND SWEEPING AND ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF DISTRIBUTION OFFICE AND COLLECTION CENTER, BHELUPUR, VARANASI.

Providing cleaning services (4 Nos sweeper) inside & outside of Distribution & collection center , Bhelupur, varanasi for cleaning , sweeping and pochcha of rooms, Kitchen, hall, entrance lobby, corridors in ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor and roof slabs etc. dusting of furniture inside rooms, brooming of roads, parking area etc. including bathroom cleaning with phenyl, bleaching powder, T&P etc. (The rate is exclusive of phenyl, bleaching powder, T&P cost etc.) required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I Term and Condition:- 1- Under special circumstances, it will be responsibility of contractor to engage the worker in office when office is in working beyond 6:00PM. 2- It will be responsibility of contractor to provide the uniform to each and every worker and it will be responsibility to check that his every worker is well dressed . 3- If any of contractor's worker is found absent from his work area, Rs.1000.00 per worker per day will be deducted as penality form the bill. 4- The age of deployed sweeper in not below the 18 years. 5- If any of the specified work areas are found untidy by E/I, then penality shall be imposed as per tender term and condition. In this case the decision of E/I is final and binding. 6- All sweeper's should be skilled in the work and the work should also be done in systematic manner like a gentleman. 7- The entry of all sweepers should be recorded in attendance register which is available in the reception/Gaurd room. 8- Wages of sweeper has been calculated from the order of Labour Commissioner,Kanpur i.e. order no - 386 enforcement (M.W.)/15 date-29.09.2025. that is Rs.11021.00/month (without contractor profit). It is responsibility of the contractor to providing the salary to sweeper in the compliance of such order in the concerned sweeper. 9- It is responsibility of the contractor to follow the labour law which is applicable time to time. 10- It is responsibility of the contractor to complete the aforesaid work in sunday also.

Supply of cleaning materials, tools & T&P etc. such as Phenyl, Acid, Washing powder, Dasing broom, Stick broom, Harpic, Cleaning cloth, Wiper, Toilet brush, Phenyl tablet, Odonil, Jhaliya, good night for mosquto, handwash, handwash refill, tissue paper, colin for glass cleaner, sanitary fitting cleaner, toilet paper, soap, room freshener,etc. for proper completion of aforesaid work It no.(1) directed by E/I.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning panes of glass with spirit of caustic soda including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning of septic tank including disposal of waste out side the UPPCL area as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning and opening of chocked W.C./ bath / kithchen pipe line including opening and refixing of chamber cover including washing etc. complete.(Analysis based on NBO - 11 25.020.

Cleaning of inspection chamber including disposal of waste out side the UPPCL area as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning of R.C.C. over head tank up to capacity of one lac. Liters and chlorinating with bleaching power mixed to water as per direction of Engineer - in - charge complete.

Supply and mixing blEaching powder in over head tank as required or as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Attending to petty maintenance service like plumbing service,welder service, maNSI Item Codeon service and carpenter service required as below. (Job attending by one no. Plumber/welder/mason /carpenter with one no. helper per hour or part of an hour.)

Providing and fixing 20mm norminal bore 45 cm length uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions :

Providing and fixing 32mm dia Flexible pipe P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete.

Providing and fixing 10 litre (full flush) capacity-white controlled flush, low level cistern made of vitreous china with all fittings complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. inlet connection for flush pipe connecting with W.C. pan.

Providing and fixing CP Brass 32mm size Bottle Trap of approved quality & make and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing 100 mm sand cast Iron grating for gully trap.

Providing and fixing 8 mm dia C.P. / S.S. Jet with flexible tube upto 1 Metre long with S.S. triangular plate to Eureopean type W.C. of quality and make as approved by Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing 15mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 :

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 30mm thick flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters ( including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm.

Finishing walls for Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Rewinding of burnt ceiling fan with approved copper wire including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete (Burnt wire will not be taken back.)

Greasing of ceiling fan after cleaning the bearing and shaft with oil / petrol and its testing.

Supply and replacing of burnt and damaged condenser of ceiling fan of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring with 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.(DSR E&M 2022 1.14.2)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring with 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.(DSR E&M 2022 1.14.3)

Renewing Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Extraction of defective VT submersible pumps and motor with 60" x 90" column pipe and then lowering of the repaired pump and motor with pipe and testing the same including checking main cut-out fuse and operation of Tube well for 24 hours fo rits smooth working with all cost of materials,labour and T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of LED Tube Light batten fitting suitable for up to 1 X 22 watt LED tube light on surface complete in all respect.

Supply and Fixing of 3 blade wall fan of Havells platina 400 mm or equivalent including all material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as approved by engineer in charge.

Supply and Fixing of 5 blade Exhaust fan ventile air dx 225 mm of Havells or equivalent make including all material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as approved by engineer in charge.

Supplying and drawing following 3 x 2.5 sq. mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.(DSR E&M 2022 1.17.12)
