Dismantling bituminous road of thick 30 cm manually / by mechanical means including getting out the dismantled items and storing the items within a lead of 50 mtr for disposal as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means depth up to 1.5 mtr in trenches, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and storing the excavated soil within a lead of 150 m for backfilling including costs / hire charges of excavator, labour, dewatering other incidentals complete.
Backfilling available excavated earth in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming / watering lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, including costs of labour, tools, transporting, other incidentals etc complete.
Disposal of stone rubble / bituminous road / concrete / moorum / building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to dumping ground CSL land for lead upto 2.5 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Demolishing RCC / PCC work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unservicable material within 50 mtr lead inside CSL as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and stacking of DI pipe K9 of 200 DN confirming to IS 8329 with push-on joints and coating as per standards including manufacture's test certificate approved by the Engineer- In-charge.
Supplying and stacking of DI specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc. of K-9 suitable for push on joints as per IS:9523, up to 300 mm dia complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
Laying and fixing of DI standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc. (Heavy class): up to 300 mm dia.
Providing and fixing push-on joints of 200 mm dia to DI pipes, including cleaning of pipe ends, insertion of rubber gaskets, jointing, testing of joints, labour charges, and all other incidental works complete.
Conveying and laying of 200 DN DI pipe with push-on joints through trenches / erection in the required line/ level to suit the site condition. The rate includes conveyance of pipes, laying and jointing the pipes, labour charges, hiring charges of all equipment required for erection, and all other incidental works complete.(Excluding excavation and cost of pipe / push on joints)
Hydrostatic pressure testing of Ductile iron pipe of 200 mm diameter for water supply including providing all labour, equipment, pressure pump, end caps and guages, raising the pressure to required test pressure (9 Kg/cm2) and maintaining it as per IS standards complete.
Interconnection of existing 200 mm AC/ CI pipe with newly laying 200 mm DI pipe on both ends including supply of suitable collar joints, labour, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
Supply of CI double flanged 200 mm dia sluice valve confirming to IS 14846-2000, sluice valve with cap PN 1.6 as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
Cutting and removal of existing 200 mm diameter CI / AC pipe using steel saw at specified location for providing interconnection of new laying DI pipe, including all labour, tools, and making the pipe ready for jointing, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fabrication of MS pipes (for tail piece) of size 200 mm dia using 8 mm thk plate including cost and conveyance of pipe, fabication of pipe as required size and shape, two coats of synthetic enamel of approved quality and colour over a coat of Etch primer after fabrication. The rate includes conveyance of all pipes, cost of MS bolts & nuts, washers, gaskets, welding rods, and other incidentals etc, cost of painting, all labour for conveying, fabricating , laying, wrapping with tarfelt sheet, testing of line after completion of work, hire charges for welding set and tools etc. complete for all levels, all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, Fabrication and fixing of MS flanges of ID 220 mm, OD 340 mm, PCD 295 mm, bolt hole diameter 22 mm, and 12 nos bolt holes using 12 mm thk MS plate including cost and conveyance charges of MS plate, fabrication charge, two coats of synthetic enamel of approved quality and colour over a coat of Etch primer after fabrication.
Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of accepted brand and manufacture on steel work.
Painting with black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of accepted brand and manufacture to give an even shade; Two or more coats on new work.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 M sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including mixing, laying, compacting, all labour charges, cost and conveyance and delivery, handling, unloading, storing of all materials etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Including cost of cement)
Providing and constructing solid block masonry using best quality solid cement block of size 300x 200x150mm in CM 1:6 in foundation & superstructure including costs and conveyance of all materials, carriage, labour, curing, racking joints, handling, unloading, storing of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Including cost of cement)
Supplying, fabrication and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade Fe 500D of various diameters for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding with 22 SWG GI wires and providing concrete cover blocks, all complete upto plinth level.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including costs and conveyance of all materials, labour, mixing, laying, tools and plants etc complete. (Including cost of cement)
Supplying, fabrication and placing in position chamber covers using 8 mm chequered plate provided with suitable stiffners by cutting & welding as per approved drawing or as instructed, to line and level including two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, hire charges of tools and plants, cost of electrodes, other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Plastering with CM 1:4, 12mm thick floated hard and trowelled smooth for walls including watering, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, handling, unloading, finishing, casing made in the wall for electrical/plumbing works other incidentals etc complete. including costs of cement.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material confirming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed materials by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
