Cleaning JNI stadium compound two times a week collecting debris, garbages wastes etc.. and conveying to the collection bins as directed the area covered in the items including main entry road ,outside verandah ,space between ring road and outside verandah,pavilion entry etc..Rate incudes all labour and materials other accessories required for cleaning etc...complete as per the direction of dept. engineers in charge

Cleaning and acid washing the floor and dadoing of the common toilet in all levels of stadium building with approved quality chemicals and collecting conveying the debris to the collection bin as directed.Rate includes all labour, chemicals and materials used for cleaning etc..complete

Cleaning common areas inside the stadium building twice in a week, collecting the debris, garbages waste etc.. and conveying to the collection bins as directed. The area covers the inner corridor, verandah, inner passage, cross corridor etc...in all levels with necessary approved quality chemicals, brooms, brush etc...Rate including all cost of labour, materials used for cleaning etc...complete

Providing approved quality medium duty recycling dustbin bag of size 30'' X46''X 50 '' 160 gauge or nearest size with recycle logo printed over it for collecting gradable and degradable waste and disposal of the collected waste away from the stadium premises without public nuisance at risk and cost of the contractor as direction of dept engineer in charge

Disposal of the collected debris away from the stadium site daily without any nuisence to the public at the risk of the contractor as per the direction of dept engineer in charge

Cleaning underside of slabs shades, beams etc..of common area of stadium building including toilet, passage, outside verandah of all floor etc.. by removing the cobweb using machines or manually etc..complete as per the direction of the dept engineer in charge

Providing approved quality PVC dust bin of 150 litres capacity at stadium building in different sectors for collecting gradable & degradable waste separately

Maintenances of landscaping (Island, around trees etc..) including watering removing dry leaves wastes etc..applying fertilisers ,removing weeds, cutting mowing,etc..complete

Cutting, rooting out and removing the plants and overgrowths grown at various parts of the existing structure and applying certain chemicals for burning the roots without disturbing or damaging the structure as per the direction of engineers.
