Takin down cement plaster or lime of any description including racking and joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in 1:6 CM on wall of brick & concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 m wide in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits, manholes, peir holes etc. n'exc.10 sqm on plan and n' exc 1.50 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type of soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) n,exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick / stone work built in cement mortar including all quians, arches, pillars etc.excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel TMT bars,10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Grade-I IS-432 (Part -I), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel TMT bars,5 mm dia and overupto and including 10 mm dia as in striupps, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Grade-I IS-432 (Part -I), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth pritection and path

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates and steel/iron work of any discription, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of the steel sheeting or other covering Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (excluding of steel sheeting or other covering runnung rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any discription and in any position not otherwise specifically Provided for ( Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in column, pillars, piers, post and struts, including form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L MS framed work such as grill, grating, staging etc,with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk ways, railing, framework of water tank & similar works confirming to Fe-290 or Gde E-165 all as specified & directed

S&F of Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2,24 mm dia 75 mm spacing and barbed with 2mm dia barbs including securing with nut &bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type and of any description.

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing of any type and of any gauge, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only MS galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining, bolts, binding wire etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out hard/dense soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and making good surface.

Dismantling posts and struts (wood, steel, RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground.

M&L Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm and n exc 250 Sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

S&F MS work as in fencing post, struts, blausters etc, angle iron, flat iron, flat iron round or square bars including all necessary cutting, drilling holes in flat iron, bolting etc for screwing chain link fencing,concertina coil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone agg) finishing the surface of the concrete by brooming all as specified.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. - Laid dry or laid dry and pointed

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking grey tiles 80 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment laid dry with 25 mm thick sand cushioning over PCC bed all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on new steel surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
