Service contract for Rate Contract for Repairing and Testing job of 06 Nos ESP TR Sets (118 KVA) for 02 Years under AHPEM, SgTPP-WBPDCL.

1. Common jobs of ESP TR Sets : 1.1 Complete draining out of oil, dismantling and lifting of core & coil assemblies. 1.2 Dismantling of Rectifier banks from Transformer. 1.3 Primary testing for detection of fault. 1.4 Joint Inspection by WBPDCL representative and the party at works will be made to witness the faults & further action towards rectification to be discussed & settled for due rectification of faults. 1.5 Cleaning of core, coil & tank and associated clamps etc. 1.6 Reassemble the core & coils, reconnection of coils and cleaning of residual sludge from core, tank etc. 1.7 The tank to be cleaned thoroughly and painted with insulation paint. 1.8 Heat varnishing of coils, checking, testing and due rectification including spares, if required. Fitting & fixing of rectifier assembly (checking of individual rectifier if required to be done). 1.9. Changing of all gaskets by new one with chetak, dog brand RC- 70C neoprene rubberized cork-sheet gaskets. 1.10 Tanking of core & coil assembly. 1.11 Oil filling- Transformer oil of proper grade to be supplied by WBPDCL i.e. BDV of oil tested at 2.5mm gap should be able to withstand 50KV for 01 min. 1.12 Painting of outer surface tank with best quality of paint (like ICI/ Berger make smoke grey paints). 1.13 Supply of nuts, bolts and other spare items. 1.14 Final testing in presence of WBPDCL representative. Relevant Test Certificate has to be submitted by the party.

Re-insulation of HT Coils - Rewinding of HT Coil by new Copper Coil, if found defective after testing. New Copper will be supplied by the party for rewinding. The Scrap Copper will be retained by the Party. The Price of scrap copper to be adjusted from price of new supplied copper.

Re-insulation of LT Coils-. Rewinding of LT Coil by new Copper Coil, if found defective after testing. New Copper will be supplied by the party for rewinding. The Scrap Copper will be retained by the Party. The Price of scrap copper to be adjusted from price of new supplied copper.

Installation of new bridge rectifier - Bridge rectifier, if found defective after testing, the same will have to be replaced by the party.

Installation of new High Frequency Choke-Installation of new High Frequency Choke High frequency choke, Linear Reactor, if found absent or defective after testing, the same will have to be Installed /rewinding by new copper supplied by the Party.
