Dismentling of existing valve chambers and removing the demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and Material & Labour for reconstruction of the same (internal size 950x950x950 mm) with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks masonry set in CM 1:6 with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring bed & copping and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on the inside of valve pit & valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet with 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame and 40 x 5 mm mild steel hold fast embedded in PCC including two coats synthetic enamel paint blue over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of valve pit chamber of any size by taking out mud and muddy water and depositing the same at a distance not exceeding 20 meter away from pit including swiping free from any type of dirt including rectification the leakage of valve of any size by using gland of appropriate size and required packing materials as directed at site.
