MANNING AND OPERATION OF 33/11 KV MRS-I MRS-II SUB STATION AND DG SET AT K SECTOR AND AC PLANT DG SET AT RUKMANI HUB, TRANSMITTING STATION AT DOLPHIN HILLS UNDER AGE E/M NO-I OF GE(U-I) VISAKHAPATNAM

Outsourcing for manning and operation 33 KV MRS Sub station / Yard at MAP-I and MAP - II including 11 KV VCBs at both the Sub stations, 33KV structure yard and 62.5 KVA DG set at Sector 'K' for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in three shifts per day including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(i) One skilled electrician in each shift

(ii) One semi skilled helper in each shift

NOTE : The rate shall also include the following: (i) Operator/contractor has to carry out regular checking of 33KV switchyard, VCBs, DG sets and other equipmets and report any abnormality to the concer person of department. (ii) Daily running and monitoring of DG set equipments and charging of batteries to be carried out by the operator. (iii) Daily log sheet for MRS, Shutdown register etc and DG sets are to be mainted as per dept standards. (iv) In case any problem occurs which seems not under the control of operator, the same shall be immediately intimated to JE I/C of this area or AGE E/M. (v) Cost of minor consumables such as RYB indication lamps, PG clamps, PVC insulation tape, screws, washers, nails, teflon tape, fuse wire, clips, bolts, nuts etc for day to day maintenance and repairs. (vi) Complaint register, log books, Job cards, safety shoes, helmet and transportation.

(vii) Taking care of house keeping environmental cleanliness, cutting grass, small plants etc., and surrounding area of installation all round up to 10 meters shall be keep absolutely neat and clean. (viii) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning. (ix) The DG Set if operated through a AMF panel the contractor shall ensure operation automatically with 2 seconds of supply failure.

(x) Filling of acid and distilled water in battery whenever required for smooth running of Gen set is to be done by the contractor. (xi) The operator shall maintain log sheet for DG set and record hourly reading of supply parameters and breakdown details as directed by Engr in charge (xii) (a) HSD oil required for running DG Set will be issued under Schedule ‘B’ free for filling which will be made available at site by Department. (b) It is the contractor’s responsibility to maintain the minimum reserve of oil in tank at any time and as directed by EIC. (c) Necessary Men power required to load the HSD oil at Store yard and to unload the HSD Oil at site shall be arranged by contractor and the rate quoted shall include for the same.

Outsourcing of manning and operation 3 x 45 TR AC plants, AHUs and DG set 320 KVA capacity at Rukmini Hub, TS for smooth and trouble free operation of the installations round the clock in three shifts per day including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(i) One semi skilled Operator in each shift

NOTE : The rate shall also include the following: (i) Operator/contractor has to carry out regular checking of AC plants and DG sets and report any abnormality to the department immediately. (ii) Regular cleaning of AHUs filters, applying grease on pumps and motors, daily running and monitoring of DG set equipments and carging of batteries to be carried out by the operator. (iii) Daily log sheet for AC plant and DG sets are to be mainted as per dept standards. (iv) In case any problem occurs which seems not under the control of operator, the same shall be immediately intimated to JE I/C of this area or AGE E/M. .
