Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, i ias per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc,, complete for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding seigniorage charges.

Supply fabrication and erection of tubular BUILT UP TRUSS using 60 X60 X 3.2 mm Box section of 5.50 Kg /RM as bottom and top rafters, and 32 X 32 X 2 mm Hollow Box section of 1.80 Kg/RM as verticals @ 2'-0" and150 X 105 X 6 mm thick & 170X82X6 mm cleats for Purlins and bottom runners and , 400 X 400 X 10mm thick Bottom plates, 6 mm thick stiffners for bottom plates on both sides, necessary 12mm dia 2" & 3" long bolts & nuts, structural mild steel tubes of YST 22 grade as per design and drawing including labour charges for cutting, welding, cost of welding rods, fabrication and errection one coat of red oxide Zinc cromite primer and two coats of enamil paint of approved quality and make, all incidential seigniorage and operational charges cost and conveyance of all labour and materials at site of work etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Supply of Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.50mm thickness, Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile Strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting Thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours cost and conveyance of all labour and materioals at site of work, all etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
