Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm (0.54 Cum), 20 mm (0.27 Cum) and 12 mm (0.09 Cum) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kg),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kg) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kg.) and cement 380 kg with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC) etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department and including cost of centering, shuttering charges but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate (+/-) T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

RCC M- 20 Design mix using 20mm HBG crushed metal 0.480 cu.m , 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.320 cu.m , sand 0.400 cu.m and cement 350 kg with water cement ratio of 0.53 (185.5 Lit per cu.m of CC ) etc. horizontal plain sunshades or lofts projecting from the face of the wall 65mm average thickness,80mm thick at the face of the wall and 50mm thick at the free end and cast monolithically with the lintels or tailed to the full thickness of the wall where there are no lintels using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing , etc.,complete, and including cost of centering charges but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix if mixing is done by volume mixing.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D/Fe550 grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Providing centering & scaffolding charges for R.C.C. Roof slabs up to 150 mm depth and up to 3.66m of floor height using using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates etc., complete including curing of RCC roof slabs removing of centering etc., complete as directed during execution complete. (proper slopes to drain off wash/ rain water shall be provided as directed).

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:5) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Construction of 110 mm thick Brick partition walls in CM (1:4) using well burnt bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (non modular or traditional size) bricks (230 X 110 X 70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality of following varieties of series and shades set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg per sq.m & joints with spacer joints with 3 mm wide jointed neatly with filer material of cement/epoxy grout/white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade as directed during execution, including cost and conveyance of all materials, etc., complete - for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

-do- Supply of Double charged (with double layer pigment) / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs

Finishing the sides of walls with Ist quality glazed wall tiles of following sizes of approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls). (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

-do- Supply of glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 300 x 450 mm / 320 mm x 400 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 500ml of liquid concentrated micronized cement water proof compound/ 100ml of Integral cement water proofing admixture complies with IS:2645-2003 of approved make per 50 kg bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chamberedframe with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforcedwith 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (whitepowder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at allcorners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing& direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . Painting Two coats for Internal walls - new with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade over priming coat with ready mixed cement primer for interior grade-I (Water Thinnable) (Total Three coats) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting two coats for new external walls with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and shade, over a priming coat with ready mixed cement primer (water thinnable) for exterior Grade-2 for new work (totally three (3) coats), after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including brushes to have smooth finish, cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for new external walls.

Providing and laying water proofing cum heat insulation treatment with Home Shield Polurethane (PU) Roofkoat (Berger or equivalent) over existing roof slab, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per the following specification: Surface Preparation: 1.Clean the Surface thoughly to make it smooth and free of any foreign material 2.Water pounding test for Mother slab to identify the leakages points before starting the water proofing treatment work 3.Injection grouting should be done for all leakages point indentified and inject the cement slurry dmixed with injection grout admixture, using pressure grouting machine till the rejection of material from the nozzle. 4.Reparing od construction joints by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortor in C.M91:4) admixture with Advanced Latex plus as per the specified company instructions. Water proofing Application with PU Roofkoat 1. Apply a self-priming coat of PU Roofkoat after diluting with clean water @50%(1:0.50), 2.Allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours 3.Ally 1st coat of PU roofkoat [email protected] per sqm 3.Allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours 4.Apply 2nd caot of PU roofkiat wuithout dilution @ 0.40Kg per Sqm The cost inclusive of all required materials such as Home Shield Polurethane (PU) Roofkoat (Berger or equivalent),Injection goruting with required materials, reparing construction joints with required materils and all labour charges for above activities etc., complete as directed during execution.

Providing weather proof course with Screeding concrete in CC(1:2:4), 25mm average thickness using 6 to 10mm nominal size HBG crushed metal chips, screeding duly embedding 24G chicken mesh with necessary overlap etc.., and finishing the surface neatly and rounding the edges at parapet walls, columns etc., including cost of chicken mesh, including cost of all materials and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.
