Excavation in foundation, trenches etc.in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, cutting of metalled bitumenous roads/ Pucca pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacked soil in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M 30 but not leaner than 1:1 1/2:3(1cement:1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcemnment for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation , footing, bases of column & the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 Mtrs. thick including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course from top of foundation upto floor two levels with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports, balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster, buttresses, plinth and string course and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i /c binding wire complete up to floor two level complete with in all lead & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying cement slurry on RCC slab or cement concrete work with in all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 200 mm wide CI rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in structure with 200x200x100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand : 6 graded stone agg. of 20 mm nominal sizewith in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing SFRC manhole cover having size 560 mm internal dia & frame conforming to IS - 12593-1988 part-I and IS 12592-1991 part - II medium duty with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML (SBR tyton push on joint) complete in all respects as per IS 8329-2000 class K7 as per dimension mentioned below ( earth work in trenches & joints to to be measured and paid separatelly) complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.. 150 mm dia K-7
