Manning and operation of 02 Nos central air conditioning plants of capacity 3 X 135 TR, 3x31.75 TR water cooled AC Plants complete including cooling tower, AHUs, electrical control panels, pumps and connected equipments etc., complete of the chilled water type AC system, round the clock in 3 shifts of 08 hrs each including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

Manpower:- Skilled Operator of trained and experienced in AC Plant Operating system - 01 No per shift for each plant (Skilled Operators Total - 02 persons for Two Plants) Plant 1 :- 3 X 135 TR Plant 2 :- 3 X 31.75 TR Note:- (i) The operator ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the AC plants. (ii) Maintaining the hourly parameters Log book for the AC plant. (iii) Operation of DG sets and maintaining the Log book for DG sets. (iv) The operator ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the DG Sets. (v) Operator must have skill to rectify minor repairs like gasket change, replacement of fuse cutouts etc., complete In case of any faults to put the plant on working condition.

(vi) The operator should be in a position to intimate major defects/ repairs immediately to the concern JE / Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge. (viii) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning.

Manpower :- One Un-Skilled (Helper) Operator per shift. Total 02 Nos Helpers in Two Plants (un-skilled) Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Note:- (i) Taking care of house keeping environmental cleanliness area all around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. Cost of all consumable stores such as brooms, cotton waste, cutters etc., deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) The Helper should be able to assist all the operators in general shift after keeping the plants clean & tidy. (iii) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of cubical housing cabinet type (indoor) LT feeder piller box type, plinth mounted, totally enclosed dust and verming proof openable from front side, made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated overall size to accomodate the following and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work, having front hinged doors, lifting lugs 2 Nos, earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers and apply spray paint with powder coated painting, the panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be accomdated with 1000 Amps capacity solid aluminium busbar 1100 volts grade having sleaving and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size including necessary PCC foundation of suitable size.

The pillar box is suitable to accomdate 6 Nos of MCCB/ Change over switch and 03 Nos of star delta soft starter in separate compartment including supply and fix the following and taking down existing U/s one complete in separate compartment including supply and fix the following and taking down existing U/s one complete

LED type indication lamps with switches and fuses (R,Y,B) - 1 Set

Note:- a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of busbar, voltmeter, Ammeter, control wiring, CT, instrument fuze holder, LED indication lamps and independent Ampmetre for each starter.

Note:(b) Supply and fix soft starters/MCCB/ Changeover switch etc., are not included in quoted rate.

Supply and replace MCCB 3 pole 100 Amps with rupturing capacity 36 KA (microprocessor release) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace MCCB 3 pole 160 Amps with rupturing capacity 36 KA (microprocessor release) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps with rupturing capacity 36 KA (microprocessor release) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps with rupturing capacity 36 KA (microprocessor release) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps with rupturing capacity 36 KA (microprocessor release) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace on load change over switch 4 pole, 200 Amps, 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, testing star delta soft starter with contactor, 415 Volts suitable for motor of capacity 50 HP including taking down existing unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing star delta soft starter with contactor, 415 Volts suitable for motor of capacity 30 HP including taking down existing unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of Copper cable 4 core 50 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and replacement of Copper cable 4 core 70 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs gun-metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 25 mm dia. Make: Leader/Zoloto

Supply and fix in repairs gun-metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 40 mm dia. Make: Leader/Zoloto

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5m depth for foudation,trenches for laying of cables/pipe line etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in type of soil.

Note1:- GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. Note2:- Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for necessary fittings and taking down of existing pipe.

Labour for attending GI pipe 50mm to 80 mm dia pipe line break downs (plain area) including cutting threading of pipes as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. . Note1:- GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. Note2:- Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for necessary fittings and taking down of existing pipe.
