M&L for I class softwood moulding as in cornices, rails etc Sectional area not exc 6 sqcm

M&L second class soft wood, plain fillets, square or rectangular in section of area exc 3 and n exc 6 Sqcm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brands as in lipping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block exc 10 cms in width made with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, pillars, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including ponting in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in slab supported on walls beams and colums in floors, roofs, landing balconies, baffle wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L form work to sides and soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs , landings and similar work not exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloopping) for flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L form work to edges of concrete flats, RCC/PCC bands floors roofs and similar works exc 10 cm and not exc 20 cm wide surface finished rough to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nanital patterns roof covering. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L and J type or cranked hook bolt as in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.12 above but except sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling reose, pendents, regulator sockets etc, removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/roof all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Returning filing in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning 15 cm below and 8 cm above the U/G cable laid (total depth of send shall be 23 cm) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron srip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 59,948.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
