Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed

M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm ,complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, bell, bell push etc and removing material for taking credit (credit for material should be made as per condition sepretly) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor to match with existing specification complete and all as specified.

S&F in replacement of Tube light fitting integrated type suitable for LED 20W(4 feet) efficacy 125 lumens/watt, indoor decorative LED batten complete with polycorbonate housing with all accessories pre wired and making connection with cord flexible copper cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to PVC connection to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Tube light fitting integrated type suitable for LED 10W (2 feet) efficacy 125 lumens/watt, indoor decorative LED batten complete with Polycarbonate housing with all accessories pre wired and making connection with cord flexible copper cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to PVC connection to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED bulk head fitting with opal diffuser min 10 Watt, 6500 K, IP-65, with efficient heat dissipation and integrated electronic driver complete connecting electrically all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC, in multiple optics,Outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing, IP-65, with 4 KV inbuild surge protection driver and heat resistant complete with driver, fixing the same by GI pipe medium grade minimum 25 mm dia bore pipe with two nos FI clamps of 40X4 mm duly painted and suitable size of nut and bolts etc and making poper electric connection with three core flexible copper wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F modular type AC Box steel enclosure socket and polycarbonate body plugtop, protected with one SP MCB 20 Amps 220 Volt, complete specified and directed.

S&F submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor multistranded cable (FRLS) of size 4 Sqmm with proper color coding and one single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor multistranded cable green colour of size 4 Sqmm as earth lead in & including concealed PVC conduit medium grade 20mm dia cutting chases to walls for laying conduit and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification all as required at site or directed.

Supply & Laying, jointing and leakage testing GI tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches/floor/walls and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface as (PCC work in 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate/ plastering in CM 1:4 and applying finishing coat of existing treatment) complete all as specified and as directed at site. Notes :(i) The laying and jointing of pipes are required to be carried out in short / long streches catering to specific requirements of a purticular quarter or a group of blocks. (ii) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply and fix Stop/ Angle Valve Cast copper alloy cromium plated fancy type screwed down, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions and fixed.

Supply and fix bib tap 15 mm chromium plated Fancy type cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly screwed down for iron pipe and fixed.
