Applying two or more coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand ( Asian paints Appex ultima / Berger silky ) , 1st quality, colour, shade on previously painted exterior walls & ceiling surfaces for all heights after removing old paint by scrapping, cleaning and preparation of the surfaces even and sand paper smooth with Birla white cement and Birla wall putty over a coat of exterior emulsion based wall primer, all as per standard specifications and as directed, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,curing, scaffolding and all other charges etc., complete.

Applying two or more coats of Water proof cement paint of approved brand ( Snowcem plus ), 1st quality , colour and shade on previously painted wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt,dust and remains of loose powered materials and prepare the wall surfaces even and apply Birla white cement as primer, all as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding and all other charges etc., complete.

Applying synthetic enamel paint two or more coats of approved brand ( Asian paints appcolite Hi-glass enamel/ Berger Luxol Hi-glass enamel ) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces of approved 1st quality and colour to give an even shade after cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, apply wood putty where ever necessary, sand papering all as directed and as per standard specification including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

Applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand ( Asian paints appcolite Hi-glass enamel/ Berger Luxol Hi-glass enamel ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces of Lighthouse tower at all heights and buildings (hand rail, ladder, grills etc.) with enamle paint of approved 1st quality and colour to give even shade after brushing, cleaning the surface, removing the pealed out paints, removing of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and apply metal putty, primer, all as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding and all other charges etc., complete.

Applying polishingtwo or more coats on previously polished wooden surface with touch wood polish of approved brand ( Asian / berger) , 1st quality, colour to give even shade after attending minor repair works if any, sand paperinig and preparation of surface good for polishing and all as directed including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Replacing old broken glass panes from doors & windows, providing new glass panes of 4 mm thick, fixed with new wooden beadings 15x15 mm and all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, disposing debris within a lead of 50 mtrs. and all other charges etc. complete.

Providing and Laying of rectified Glazed Ceramic Anti-skid floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), for Power House and Lighthouse tower of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete after dismanteling of existing IPS/Tiles flooring including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Replacement of Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), for Kitchen, bath and Toilet of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including dismanteling of existing wall dado. Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying for Power house building and LHA building: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm.
