The indoor unit should have real time clock, operating facility from cordless remote, along with time and temperature display. Outdoor unit to be installed as Directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of fabricated metallic structure with required painting / pre fabricated L shaped O/D stand of suitable size made of MS angle/ frame as per site requirement etc for suspension of outdoor compressor units as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

ITC of the following TR split type of Inverter Air-conditioners along with Outdoor/ Indoor unit suitable to operate on 1/3 Phase Power supply.

(a) 1/1.5 TR Split Inverter AC

(b) 1.8 -3 TR Split/Tower Inverter AC

Supply and fixing of extra copper refrigerant piping complete with suction / liquid line, insulation (i.e. cunifoam with neoprene / rubber lining), and all the accessories i/c Control Cable as per site requirement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Suitable for 1/1.5 TR Split Inverter AC along with its Control Cable

(b) Suitable for 1.8-2.2 TR HW/Tower Inverter Split AC along with its Control Cable

(c) Suitable for 3 TR HW Inverter Split AC along with its Control Cable

Supply and laying of 25 mm dia PVC pipe to be used for drainage of condensate from indoor units to the nearest drain-port as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 3X4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 Amps., 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth metal enclosed plug top along with 20 Amps., 'C' Series, SP MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Dismantling of window A/C units of capacity upto 1.5 Tr. single phase or three phase and transporting to AAI store as directed by EIC etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of high wall split type/ Tower type ACs units of capacity upto 3.0 Tr. Single phase or three phase and transporting to AAI store as directed by EIC etc. complete as required.

Reinstallation, testing and commissioning including connection of copper pipe with insulation and refrigerant gas charging of the split type A.C. units of all types of model and tonnage capacity upto 3TR as directed by E-I-C. (Indoor & Outdoor unit will be issued by AAI).

Replacement of Aluminium condensing coil with Copper Condensing Coil (outdoor unit) upto 2.0 Tr. capacity single phase/three phase split type AC at different location including providing all necessary consumable spares including gas charging and up to its smooth performance as required as per the special terms and conditions attached.
