Supplying and installation of oxygen manifold man with middle frames 1X4 cylinder oxygen manifold should be suitable to withstand a pressure of 150 Kg/cm2 along with high pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end brass adapter suitable for oxygen cylinder and manifold. Top frame comprising of high pressure copper pipes of size 1/2" ID X 15 SWG with high pressure brass fittings made of high tensile brass and connection through non return valve, high pressure copper tail pipess made up of high pressre copper pipes of size 1/4" ID X 15 SWG. The design of middle and bottom frames shoud be provided to fit both round and flat botton cylinders safety. The manifold shall be treated (hydraulically) at 3500 PSI and necessary test certificate accompany along with supply. Only non-halogenated polymer materials are to be used in the non returns valve supplied along with the manifold etc. as per requireemnt. ( Make- MR Engg/JK/Azad Enterprises or any ISO certified)

Supplying and installation of oxygen regulator double stage heavy duty. ( Make- MR Engg/JK/Azad Enterprises or any ISO certified)

Floor Isolation Valve:- Supplying and installation of isolation valve of following sizrs and isolation valves will be non lubricated, 900 turn level, ball type suitable for oxygen service. All valves shall be pneumatically tested for twice the working pressure and factory degreased for medical gas service before supply etc. as per requirement. Supplying and distribution of copper piping. The scope of work shall cover all distribution piping and terminal units for oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum and compressed air. Solid drawn, seamless, de-oxidised, non arsenical, half hard, tempered and de-greased copper pipe conforming to EN 13348:2008. All copper pipes will be de-greased & delivered capped at both ends. The pipes sizes to be used are from among as under: copper fittings shall be made of copper and suitable for steam working pressure of 17 bar and especially made for brazed socket type connections. All copper fittings wil be conforming to EN 1254-1, sjould be factory de-greased, certified and individually packed and identified for medical use. Fittings should be kite marked uoto 54 mm size etc as per requirement.

Supplying and installation of anaolog type alarm system with single channel microprocessor controlled alarm and services should have the following features- (i). colour coded LED display of line pressure status (High- caution-Normal-Caution-Low) (ii). AudibleAlarm for high & low pressure condition (iii). Test and alarm acknowledge (mute) facility (iv). Small and compact design, light weight (v). Supplying and installation of outlet probe or connector for BPC flow meter (i). Oxygen (o2) probe/connector ( Make- MR Engg/JK/Azad Enterprises or any ISO certified)

Supplying an installation of BPC flow meter with humidifier with following specification- Back pressure ccompensatetd flow meter will be accurate gas flow measurement with following featuresp (i). Control within a range of 0-15 lpm (calibrationwithin +/- 10%) (ii). It will be strict precision and durability standard. (iii) The flow meter body shall be made of brass chrome plated materials. (iv) The flow tube and shroud components shall be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. (v) Flow tube shall have large and expanded 0-5 lpm range for improved readability at low flows. (vi). Inlet filter of stainlesss steel wire mesh to prevent entry of foreign patricles. (vii). The humidifier bottle shall be made of unbreakable polycarbonate material and auto cleavable at 121 degree centigrade temperature etc. as per requirement (make- JK/MR/Active tech)

Supplying and installation of Bed head panel horizontal/Vertical, it should have the following features- minimum length 1.2 meter. Efficient, safe robust design in extruded aluminium section. Smooth curved surfaces with acceptable color choice. Should have an integrated rail system to mount accessories, seggregation of services i.e low voltage supplies, high voltage supplies and medical gases should be maintained throughout. Entire pipeline should run in continuous horizontal panels with no break for each unit & length as per area where it has to be installed. Accessories provision facility as per under:- Oxygen- 2, Vacuum- 1, Medical air-1, infusion pump mount pole with adapter for mounting atleast two pumps, Electrical outlets-6, combined 15/5 etc as per requirement.
