Annual maintenance of Fire Hydrant Riser system /Sprinkler system consisting of following items by servicing, lubricating, replacing spare parts if any including cleaning etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer -in-charge Landing valve-102 nos Sprinkler-2000 nos Sluice valve -18 nos Non return valve-2nos Air/pressure release valve-6 no Hose box-97 nos Hose reel drum -36 nos Pressure guage-1 no Exposed M S Pipe lines of dia varying from 25 mm to 200 mm - 800 metre (approx) Note: The number of items shown above are tentative and can vary in minor limits . However nothing extra shall be paid or deducted for such minor variation and agency has to do the maintenance of all items existing at site .The agency has to deploy one skilled staff well versed with fire fighting installations and its operations in high rise building through 24 hours a day ( three shifts of 8 hours each ) shall monitor the functioning of fire fighting system as per standards and as directed by Engineer-in charge in both terminals of Trivandrum Airport which are situated 6 KM apart by road. He is also expected to check the servicebility of system on daily basis and will keep a record as per the instruction of Engineer-in Charge.The Engineer-in Charge will have the full liberty to utilise the skilled staff for any work connected with the maintenance of fire fighting system and nothing extra shall be paid on account this.The Rate shall also include cost of scaffolding and labour charge for replacing of spare parts etc wherever required. Cost of spares replaced shall be paid seperately .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.
