REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT IN MAINTENANCE OF STP EQUIPMENTS DG SETS FIRE FITHTING EQUIPMENTS ETC AT MIL STN GANDHINAGAR

Repair,maint including comprehensive preventive maintenance of DG set, including replacement of defective parts, filters, V-belt etc, decanning of the used engine oil from DG set by opening of drain out plug/nuts, cleaning of engine oil sump complete and refilling of new approved grade of engine oil as per requirement. Complete inspection and cleaning of DG set and rectified the all defects, tightening the all nuts, bolts, moving parts etc complete all as specified and directed of the following capacity.

Notes : (i) Spare parts, 'V' - Belt, Filters, Air cleaner, hose, Engine Oil etc shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Any Minor items like washer, gasket, nuts, bolts, 'O' Ring etc other than spare parts maintained in the respective Sch if required during maintenance of work, they shall be provided by the contractor and rate deemed to be included in the item rate for which no extra payment shall be paid. (iii) Periodicity of maintenance of DG set shall be carried out as per following instruction : (a) by check oil level and quality (Every 50-100 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (b) Inspect air fltrer (Every 100 - 200 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (c) Check fuel system (Every 100 -200 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (d) Inspect cooling system (every 200 - 500 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (e) Check battery (every 200 - 500 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (f) Inspect exhaust (every 500 - 1000 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (g) Check electrical system (every 500 - 1000 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (h) Load test (every 500 - 1000 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (j) Inspect engine and generator mounts (every 500 - 1000 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) (h) Perform general inspection (every 1000 - 2000 hours or as recommended by manufacturer) and when required/ directed by Engr-in-Charge. Measurement shall be carried out as per maint carried out by the Contractor.

(iv) Maint shall be carried out in the present of Engr-in-charge/Rep of Engr-in-charge. (v) Maint shall be carried out through service centre of original equipment manufacturers/Auth Service centre of DG set. (vi) All tool and plants shall be provided by the contractor. (vii) Contractor shall maintain proper documents of DG set wise pertains to maint carried out and submitted to the Engr-in-charge as & when maint carried out.

(a) Capacity of DG Sets 160 KVA.

(b) Capacity of DG Sets 100/125 KVA.

(c) Capacity of DG Sets 30/35 KVA.

(d) Capacity of DG Set upto 15 KVA.

Repair / Maint of existing control panel of DG Set by replacing the connected items such as Connectors, leads, copper wire, thimble, digital multifunction meter, control wiring etc along with any other items requierd to be replaced as directed by E-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of fuel tank of DG sets of any make and capacity including replacement of fuel level indicating tube and markings complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of flame proof asbestos rope of specified dia wrapped around the exhaust pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable charging alternator from 100 KVA to 160 KVA DG set and removing starter and rotor, removing old burnt out winding wire and rewinding the stator of suitable size with super enameled copper wire and insulating materials complete including re-assembling the complete alternator, fixing in position and testing on load complete including replacement of bearing of suitable size – 01 Set complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement battery charger SMPS compatible with existing arrangement, 12 volt, 10 Amp complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement battery charger SMPS compatible with existing arrangement, 24 volt, 10 Amp complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Replacement of Fan Blade for 100KVA to 160 KVA DG set as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ Over hauling of self starter assembly of any type/make/model including of bearing bushing, washer, bendix pinion, carbon bush, field coil, clutch assembly, armature etc complete as required for proper functioning complete for the following DG sets all as specified and Directed by E/in/Charge.

(a) 15 KVA to 35 KVA

(b) 100 KVA to 160 KVA

Dismanting Radiator from DG set Engine from inside and out side, Cleaning and Washing the Radiators & fins by Compressed Air with chemical Water, removing all Dust etc from the Radiator and Filling Coolant, Re-assemble the same in Original Position with new gaskets, hoses and clamps complete all as directed by E-in-Charge. for the following capacity DG Sets. Note: Parts shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items

(a) 15 KVA to 35 KVA

(b) 100 KVA to 160 KVA

Repair / over hauling of automatic/manual, governor assembly of any capacity/make/type/model complete including calibration replacement of spare parts as required to make the governor 100% trouble free complete all as specified and directed

Reconditioning Battery 12 Volts 180 AH by replacing all cells, Battery terminals posts, separate etc all as required including charging etc for proper functioning for one year (Guaranteed Service)

Reconditioning Battery 12 Volts 120 AH by replacing all cells, Battery terminals posts, separate etc all as required including charging etc for proper functioning for one year (Guaranteed Service)

Repair/over hauling servicing of dynamo assembly of any make/type/rewinding of armature and field coil including replacement of bearing/bushing, carbon bush etc all as required to make dynamo 100% serviceable.

S&F in repair indicator lamp LED type as per existing complete all as specified & directed by E-in-Chrage

S&F batteries for DG Sets Factory charged with SMPS Charger built in sealed maintenance free generator starting system euivalent to 01x12 Volts 170 AH/180 AH red, green and yellow for charging indicator process built in battery body with warranty of 36 months complete all as specified & directed by E-in-Chrage and visit at site before precurement

S&F in repair Kwh meter 3 phase 4w, 5A complete of any make/capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out of defective automatic voltage requlator (AVR) of DG set (alternator side) of any make/ capacity and supply and fix New automatic voltage regulator (AVR) including necessary connection, testing and cable work etc complete all as directed by E-in-Charge for the foolowing:

M&L for dismantling, existing fuel pump assy from 06 cylinders, water cooled Engine, of Make : Kirloskar/ cummins, (DG SET 160 KVA) over hauling/calbiration by replacement of injector nozzle tips-06 Nos, pressure timing spring, piston plunger, gear pinion, solenoid valve and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of battery terminal of brass suitable for 12V, 180 AH battery complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the electric induction motor AC 3 Phase, capacity upto 10 HP, irrespective make and type from the foundation and pump after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and transportation to civil workshop for repair, if required, for overhauling the motor duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shed and re-assembling the complete motor and installing at site with electric cable connection for its serviceability up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Cost of copper wire, T&P, minor repair incl minor spare included in this item.

Note:- (i) Cost of M&L, T&P, greasing, oiling & other minor spare is included in this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Major parts to be measured and paid separately under respective sch of items.

De-assembling of electric motor of capacity upto 10 HP of Non cloging submersible pump set ( KSB/ Kirloskar), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of electric motor of capacity above 10 HP to 20 HP of Non cloging submersible pump set (KSB/Kirloskar), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

M and L for repair of filter press with Electro Mechanical Plate Shifting Device Plates type Filter Press of SIZES 1200 X 1200 mm for 7 bar Filtration Pressure with hydraulic closing devices.Moc of Filter Element : Polypropylene Cast Iron, SS 304, SS 316 Liquid Holding capacity - 55 Lit Moc of Skeleton : Cast Iron or Mild Steel incl all necessary spare parts and accessories to make it serviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for removing of all items for like MCCB, Contactor, relays etc and refix the same duly cleaning/removing carbon etc scaling from LT Panel existed at STP and Sewage Pump House complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) MCCB, Contactor etc measured and paid separately. cost of minor parts like thimble, MCBs upto 32A and labour charges included in this item. No extra cost to be paid for this.

M&L for cleaning of underground RCC sewage sump of 16 mtrs deep by mechanical means, 12 mtrs internal dia, dewatering, taking out sludge/mud from the sump, rubbing, scraping all around vertical walls, floor, cleaning with fresh water, applying two coat of white wash on outer exposed sufaces of wall and floor including thrown away the sludge/mud, out side of the MD land, complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning and removing sludge from walls /floor of one Nos Equilization tank/Aeration with the help of pressure jet pump & other required equipments and depositing, applying two coat of white wash on outer exposed sufaces of wall and floorwhere directed by Engineer - in - Charge at a distance 100 mtr away from outer wall of STP and white wash to walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning,removing and bailing out stagnated sewage or sludge from walls/floor and any light particle with the help of pressure jet pump & other required equipments from MBBR/FAB Reactor reactor inner surface off sizes and taking out damaged and unbroken MBBR media without any damage and refilling it in each MBBR with old unbroken media cleaning of inner and outer surface of MS pipe placed in MBBR and removing any sludge particle from it to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : New media for topping up will be paid and measured separately under respective item of BOQ.

Hiring of Special T and P (e.g JCB etc) for lifting of Heavy pipes/ Pumps/Motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of closed treated water storage of 1 Lakh capacity by mechanical means, 5 mtrs internal dia, dewatering, taking out sludge/mud from the sump, rubbing, scraping all around vertical walls, floor, cleaning with fresh water, applying two coat of white wash on outer exposed sufaces of wall and floor including thrown away the sludge/mud, out side of the MD land, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- All T&P and safety measure kit for deployed workers shall be arranged by the contractor.

Testing of Raw Sewage Water (Inlet) parameters like BOD, COD, TSS, FC, pH, Total N, from Government approved Lab/NABL approved Lab including proper collection sample in presence of all concerned. The transportation charges and all other expenses are deemed to be included in this rate. No extra charges are given to the bidder.

Testing of Treated Sewage Water (outlet) parameters like BOD, COD, TSS, FC, pH, Total N, from Government approved Lab/NABL Lab including proper collection sample in presence of all concerned. The transportation charges and all other expenses are deemed to be included in this rate. No extra charges are given to the bidder.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing of PVC pipes B class laid in trenches conforming to IS 13592 with minimum pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 incl all fittings complete all as specified and as directed of the following size

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing of DE & NDE for electric motor of any capacity upto 20 HP (make of pump : Kirloskar/KSB) complete all as directed.

Repair / Maint of existing star delta starter panel of STP by replacing the connected items such as Connectors, leads, copper wire, thimble, control wiring etc along with any other items required to be replaced as directed by E-in-Charge.

M and L for repair of fire fighting pump 3 phase, 415 V supply, 15 HP Squirrel cage Induction motor fan cooled type 900 LPM and 35 m Head incl replacement of UNSV parts, copper winding etc to make it serviceable complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for taking out water pipes, etc in Soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.
