mother Slab. Clean the surface with

blower & make it dust and stain free.

Supplying and Repairing of Potholes

using Bitumen based pre-Mix/Ready

mix material as per IRC 116-2014 or

equivalent in average 75mm thickness

of RCC or Bitumenus weraing coat

with necessary compaction. .

6 Breaking of bituminous carpeting /

RCC Wearing coat up to mother slab

with breaker machine &remove loose

& laitance material from the surface

with wire brush. Clean the surface

with blower & make it dust and stain

free apply bond coat on mother slab as

well as edges of existing slab with

latex power, providing & laying non

shrinkage high strength free flow

cementations grout or mortar in

average 75 mm thickness having

minimum strength 20 N/mm2 @ 3 hr

or free for traffic movement within

hr as instructed by executive engineer

including form work and barricading

required as per site condition.

7 Polymer modified microconcrete (for

repair thickness more than 50 mm):

Providing and laying of special repair

material micro-concrete for

reinstatement of members having

thickness of repair more than 50mm

and high strength, high flow

cementitious micro-concrete having

compressive strength minimum of

M40 at 28 days such as Renderoc 9285.379 KG 44.00

RGL of Fosroc or equivalent, blended

with washed saturated surface-dry

(SSD), graded, low absorption, high

density, aggregates of size 3mm to

10mm at 50% by weight of micro

concrete (if thickness is 100mm or

more) and water as per data sheet as

directed by Engineer-in-charge and/or

8 Bitumen Patch Work on various
