Supplying and lowering in the bore hole, the plain assembly MS casing pipe Fe 410 and Fe 450 grade steel as per IS-4270 and nominal bore of pipe 200 mm and wall thickness of 5.4 mm including welding flange with nuts bolts washer as suitable at site of pipe at site with two coats of approved anti-corrosive paint on outer faces of the pipe and specials including supply of all labour, equipments and materials complete as per specifications and instructions of ENGR-IN-CHARGE.

Supplying and lowering in the bore hole 200 mm, 5.4mm thick MS casing slotted pipe with all necessary fittings and painting of pipe with two coats of anti corrosive approved paint on outside surface of pipe before lowering including supplying all labour, equipments and materials complete as per IS, specifications and instructions of ENGR-IN-CHARGE. Note : “ Cutting of slots of width is approx. 1.63 to 2 mm with sides perpendicular to the surface of the pipe and of length varying from 62mm to 80mm. The open area of slots shall not be less than 12% to 15% of the total surface area of the strainer pipe.”

Development of bore wells indulding flushingout tree roots, silt, fine sand by Air compressor of suitable capacity not less than 450 CFM at 150 PSI & over pumping (25% extra capacity pump) to make water free from trublidity till clear water is obtained from bore well complete all as specified.

Yield test of borewell after completion of development of bore well by V notch method or any method of compresser or by pumping as required (24 hrs) complete all as per IS and as directed.Note: Necesssary equipment such as collection V notch water collection Tank motor pump set for testing for yield test are arrange by the contractor. The cost of the same is deemed to be included with unit rate of item.

Supply fixing and lowering MS bail plug and well cap suitable for 200 mm bore plain pipe thickness 5.4 mm complete with welding and painting of pipes all as specified

Supply and erection of housing clamp fabricated out of MS flat iron bent to shape 50 mm x 8 mm thick including nuts, bolts and washers as per IS-2800.

Supply of pea gravel size ranging from 5 mm to 12 mm. All gravel shall consist of hard well rounded particles reasonably uniform with uniformity coefficient of less than 2 including packing in the annular space between casing pipe & drilled bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Strata sample wooden box made out of deodar wood with glazed shutter and pigeon hole for every three meter depth including, marking, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump and motor as per IS-9283 (latest) for a pumping 12.5/15 HP capacity three phase 415 volts stage 12/14, dischrge of pump 80-600 lpm for head of 40M -160M, suitable for 50/80 mm dia colume pipe and complete .

S&F heavy duty column pipe of size 50 mm dia 3 mtr long ( 10 feet) both end flanged, welded suitable for submersible pump having suitable cuts for passing through submersible cable including nut ,bolts & rubber gasket complete.

S&F submersible cable weather proof with multi-stranded copper conductor 3 core of size 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade heavy duty including all accessories for connection pump from panel board, testing and commissioning complete .

Testing of water from approved Govt Lab for potability by doing chemical analysis as per norms of WHO and submission of test reports to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Carry out resistivity survey for finding out ground water aquifer by the team of central ground water board /state ground water dept., define of water aquifer at 02 locations and including submit test report complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out defictive submersible pump set of capacity 5 / 7.5 HP Capacity from bore well after disconnecting electrical connections, transportation to workshop for repair, dismantling the pump set for detection of repair such as rewinding of motor, replacement of iron stainer, bronze impeller, gun metal bushes stainless steel sleeve, impeller key, thrust bearing, replacement of unserviceable nut-bolts, washer, lugs, terminal plate, reassembling, lowering in well in its original position, making proper electrical connections, commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - (i) Cost for transportaion to workshop and carry back to site after repair is inlcuded in the unit rate of item nothing extra shall be paid on this acount. (ii) Rewinding of submersible motor, Iron stainer, bronze impeller, gun metal bushes stainless steel sleeve, impeller key and thrust bearing if required for replacement shall be paid separetly against respective items of BOQ as "Supply only". (iii) Lathe work and grinding of shaft if required shall be paid separately against respective items of BOQ. (iv) Cost of new nuts, bolts, washers, lugs and terminal plate required to be replaced is included in the unit rate of this item nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
