(vi) The contractor shall submit to the Eng-in-charge, the complete details and identity proof of the crane mechanic such as qualification, experiance and well experience in respective trade and have knowledge in preventive measures (first aid) in case of electrical accidents in the crane field. All employees shall wear approved uniform as directed by Eng-in-charge. (vii) The tenderer is responisible for the integrity of the personnel attending during maintenance and break down period. (viii) Daily attendance register of technician and helper to be submitted at the time of RAR/FB duly signed by the contractor, JE(E/M) and Engr-in-charge.

Carry out load test on (Deflection) EOT Crane under 125% of full load capacity of crane on hoisting, long & cross travel, micro checking in performance including loading, unloading, transportation, handling and returning the test load for EOT crane capacity up to 1.50 Ton (Mobile Crane, Truck & Trailer shall be arranged by contractor) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Notes:- (i) The required load is to be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangements including transporting to and from the site without any extra cost to the department. (ii) Crane testing is to be carried out by the authorised inspector of EOT cranes as per Factories Act and as specified. The details shall be submitted to the GE. (iii) Testing reports shall be submitted to the GE in triplicate duly signed by contractor,Eng-in-charge, Inspector and users representative. One testing report copy shall be submitted to the CWE office.

M&L for rewinding of electromagnetic brake by using super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and No of turns, with proper insulation, varnishing, bailing and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of LT & CT Gear box and repair/repalcement of unserviceable parts like input shaft, bearing and output shaft of the EOT Crane upto 10 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Control Cable of 2.5 Sqmm of 3 Core PVC flexible copper Cable, operating temp 5 degree centigrade to 70 degree centigrade, Flame resistance including cable glands, terminations & testing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Control Cable of 4 Sqmm of 3 Core PVC flexible copper Cable, operating temp 5 degree centigrade to 70 degree centigrade, Flame resistance including cable gland, terminations & testing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of push button of complete set of EOT crane upto 30 Ton as that of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 15 way pendent control panel with push button of complete set of EOT crane upto 30 Tons capacity as that of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair C track system for track support made of CRCA sheet of thickness 2.5 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down electromagnetic thruster / Hydraulic Brake unit from the EOT crane of any make and capacity up to 10 Ton, shifting to work shop, dismantling all parts, replacement of unserviceable parts like bearings, Brake coil, thruster oil, assembling, shifting to existing location and fixing in a same position, complete testing the system as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only main hydraulic brake thrust unit, bearings & gear oil will be measured and paid separtely under respective items of this schedule. Cost of all other minor spares required for replacement shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply & fixing main hoist hydraulic brake thruster unit suitable for capacity from 2.5 to 10 ton capacity of EOT crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only relay PCB board high capacity flux protection NO contact form rated coil voltage 110 Volts AC to 12 volts AC supply single pole 10 Amps suitable up to 30 Ton capacity crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only power contractor capacity up to 32 Amps with 2NoO and 2 NC for EOT Cranes of 1.5 Ton to 10 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only power contractor capacity up to 50 Amps with 2NO and 2 NC for EOT Cranes of 3 Ton to 10 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Long liver type 2 way limit switches suitable for CT & LT operation fo EOT Cranes of 3 Ton to 10 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gear oil Servo 120 Kinematic Viscosity cst @ 40 degree Centtigrade, 220- 250 Flash point (COC) 250 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and toping up of Silicon Transformer oil dilectric strength, Viscoty 50 cst (centi stokes) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Steel wire rope 12 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing VVVFD (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency Drive) with DBR slip resistance and required electrical cables, lugs, ferrule numbers etc, model A1000 or V1000,capacity up to 2Ton to 08Ton EOT Crane for Main Hoist application including taking down unserviceable VVVFD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LT wheel up to 10 Ton capacity EOT and HOT Cranes complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing unserviceable induction motor of capacity 7.5/15 HP from EOT crane and transporting to work shop and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge, size turns with varnishing class "B" insulation etc., and refixing the same in location, position, alignment, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : Cost of all other minor spares required for replacement shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

Disconnecting and removing unserviceable induction motor of capacity 0.5/1/1.5 HP from EOT crane and transporting to work shop and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge, size turns with varnishing class B insulation etc., and refixing the same in location, position, alignment, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : Cost of all other minor spares required for replacement shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for scrapping and cleaning with wire brushes the old painted steel surfaces of EOT crane of capacity up to 2.5 Ton,span 11 m with guide rails and all exposed parts of crane of any description including removing the oil and grease stains using cleaning agents and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (golden yellow) by spraying method complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only main hoist hydraulic brake thruster unit suitable for capacity upto 30 ton capacity of EOT crane complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling & taking down existing unserviceable GI “C” track trailing cable trolley system and S&F new GI “C” track trailing cable trolley system consisting of GI “C” track, track joints with 4 Nos 5mm locking bolts including drilling & tapping work, fixing clamps with cable holding and moving trolleys as required, end stoppers, trolley with cable clamps, PVC cable tile 250 mm long as per required quantity complete set suitable for 3 to 10 ton EOT Crane “C” Track trailing cable DSL system and Cross Travel pendent push button independent moving arrangements complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of all other minor spares required for replacement shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for overhauling of the gear box/ VVVF drive by opening of long travel/main hoist gear boxes of capacity upt 30 ton including drain out/flushing out old gear oil, replacement of worn out gear wheels/shafts, bearings, oil seals, bush, gland packing, gear couplings, necessary miscellaneous items etc and reflxing the gear box by cleaning thoroughy inside gear box for EOT Crane of capacity upto 30 Ton including re-assembling of gear box unit, fixing , flixing back to the system, alignment, testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the System, alignment, testing & commisioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only Gear wheel/shaft, bearings & gear oil will be measured and paid separtely under respective items of this schedule. Cost of all other minor spares required for replacement shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F Heavy Duty chain for chain pulley Block capacity upto 3 Ton as fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The Length of chain required will be considered as per site requirement.

M & L for XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) ISI mark with stranded alumunium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches/poles/ on wall all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item Nos 1 to 51 : The tenderer shall visit the site to ascertain the actual make and model to be provided based on existing make and model on ground. If make and model is not specified herein before,it will be deemed that same model and make as existing at site shall be provided.
