Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregated 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Boulder filling Under foundation / behind breast wall complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights. Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.
