Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.50m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils.

M&L River Sand filling under Paver block including watering and consolidation for interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removal of excavated soils to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point, all as specified.

M&L Hardcore with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L PCC type C2, (1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC type E-2, (1:5:10, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base for paver block complete,all as specified.

M&L PCC type B2, (1:2:4, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation / surface channel and all as specified.

M&L Plain Cement concrete , type B-1 (1:2:4,using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges and including use and waste of necessary formwork and finishing all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement including weathering slightly rounded and chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L Pre-cast RCC , type B1 (1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in manhole cover slabs set in cement Mortar 1:4 and finished all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonary, type C1 (1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in posts/struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc, complete conforming toFe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered/welded or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; Square Bar, Flat Iron, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; cutting, welding , framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 in Existing grill work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised angle Iron steel work as in posts/struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc, complete all as specified.

M&L TMT CRS 500D steel bars 10mm dia , as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of GI barbed wire fencings fixed in RCC/Steel fencing posts complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Epoxy coated (pre-painted) Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 100 mm thick PCC, type C-2, (1:3:6,using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor repairs, sub base similar work complete all as specified

M&L 75mm thick PCC, type B-2 (1:2:4, 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes, plinth protection finished fair and even with out using extra cement etc complete all as specified

M&L 40 mm thick cement concret type B-1 (1:2:4, 20 mm gaded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and fair with out using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L 80 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed

M&L 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed

M&L 12mm thick Vitrified ceramic parking tiles exceeding 0.06Sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm , set, jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with grey cement and pigment to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified. complete all as specified. Note: The Model/Pattern of tiles shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L 15mm thick Rendering on brick ,concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and similar likes at any height including necessary scafolding etc complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description,raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint (of approved tint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified

M&L Preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The tint and shade be as approved by the GE)

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying one coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, including all levelling, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipe grade ‘A’ single socketed in any length, jointing with cement solvent solution, fixed in repairs to walls complete all as specified

M&L Cleaning of static water tank of capacity not exc 250 ltrs capacity by bailing out the water in the sump below foot valve level, removing the sludge and scale out the floors, walls etc. removing green algae, with wire brush by applying bleaching powder, washing the surfaces with fresh potable water including removal of sludge and other materials to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.43 above, but exc 250 ltrs and not exc 500 ltrs capacity.

M&L 150mm dia bore Concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and complete surrounding pipe with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, after they are laid and tested.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement mortar 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming, benching as required , internal dia of pipe 150mm.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware) AC or reinforced concrete, set in cement mortar; internal dia of pipe 150mm.

Demolition of dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Dismantling of mild steel work as in angle iron frames/grills mild steel bars etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking down out (desilting) silt, brick bats debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi solid state from Manholes including pumping out sludge wherever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lighning in side the manholes as directed including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lightning in side the manholes and taking down similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc to out side MD land and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Manholes not exc depth of 1.0m

(b) Manholes depth exc 1.0m but not exc 2.0m

Taking out silt, liquid waste, sludge etc. in solid/semi solid state from septic tanks and suitably disposed off outside MD land for the following capacities :- (a) 100 users capacity.

(b) 150 users capacity.

(c) 250 users capacity.

M&L Cleaning of underground sump of the following capacity by bailing out the water in the sump below foot valve level, removing the sludge and scale out the floors, walls etc. removing green algae, with wire brush by applying bleaching powder, washing the surfaces with fresh potable water including removal of sludge and other materials to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Underground sump of capacity 10000 Gallons.

(b) Underground sump of capacity 20000 Gallons.

M&L Cleaning of Overhead Reservoir of capacity 20000 Glns on 18Mtrs staging by scraping the inside walls by wire brush complete including removal of all sludge / silt and dirty water inside and cleaning the sump with fresh water by adding bleaching powder for infection and removing the chlorinated water afterwards including white washing with one coat of lime and writing the details of tank cleaning as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening and Cleaning of obstruction/blockage in water closet, including trap, soil waste pipe, upto Ist manhole in case of ground floor or uptoTee junction for other floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Opening and Cleaning of obstruction/blockage in floor trap for urinal or wash hand basin or sink incl waste pipe and gully trap in case of of ground floor and Tee cross junction for other floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Desiliting of the existing drain/sewage line of any size such as removal of clay/ mud, junk material , plastic or biological waste , vegitation & soil etc & removal of the same from the site to a distance n.exc 500m & depositing where directed the material colleted from the drains incl muck has to be dumped in near by excavated pits & covered with soil & made good, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised iron epoxy coated (Pre Coated) Concertina coil, punched tape manufactured from 2.60mm dia high tensile spring steel wire as per IS-4454, dia of each concertina coil @ 610 mm and the height of the coil when stretched shall be approximately @ 500mm, duly tied to barbed wire with and incl provision of steel clips @ 5 clips per spiral in one row and steel tape 19mm width as per IS-513 complete with18 micron zink coating including removal of vegetation/bushes if any, surrounding the existing concertina coil/barbed wire placed over 'Y' Shaped angle,all as specified and directed. Note: 1 Barbed wire will be measured & paid separately. 2. Contractor is reqired to submit test certificate for galvanising. 3. Each concertina coil to be expanded upto max of 6 mtr in length only.

M&L Painting 2mm thick thermoplast fluroscent paint incl 20% glass beads with commercial stripping machine including preparation of surface as per manufacturer's instruction making lines/dashes, arrows etc, on roads, pavements, runways and other like surfaces not exc 10cm in width or girth, colour white or golden yellow or any other shade as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Application of painting will be carried out by mechanical painting machine as specified.

M&L Painting 2mm thick thermoplast fluoroscent paint incl 20% glass beads with commercial stripping machine including preparation of surface as per manufacturer's instruction making lines/dashes, arrows etc, on roads, pavements, runways and other like surfaces exc 10cm but not exc 20cm in width or girth, colour white or golden yellow or any other shade as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Application of painting will be carried out by mechanical painting machine as specified.

M&L PVC coated 4mm dia galvanised steel wire mesh of aperture 100 x 100mm made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
