Ist. Class brick workusing common burnt clay building bricks in foundation & plinth in cement mportar 1:6(1cement :6 sand) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

P/L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (Maxphalt 80/100 or equivalent )using 1.70 Kg. perSq.mtr. on Damp Proof course after cleaning the surface in a piece of cloth lightly soaked with Keroseneoil including all leads,lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

1st class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 sand.) andas directed of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel sheets 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 mm so as to give rough finish i.c. centering,shuttering structing and propping etc. with wooden bettens & ballies hight of propping and crntering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceiding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu RCC work and PCC work i.c all leads ,lifts complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

a) Flate surface such as sofits and suspended floors,roofs,lendings and the like floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness.

Providing & Laying Reinforced Cemet Concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floors, roofs etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Prov. Tor steel reinforcment for RCC work i.c. bending winding and placing in position complete upto two level as directed of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonary for interior plaster up to two level i.c. Arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand.) and as directed of the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand.) and as directed of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flush pointing on brick work with cememtn Mortar 1:3(1cement :3sand) including all leads,lifts and carriage aof material at site and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial MS sheets of 1.25 mm thickness i.c. hinges,jump lock jamb,bead and if required angle threshold of MS angle 50X25 mm or base tie of 1.25mm pressed MS welded or rigidly fixed together by machanical means,adjustable lugs with spit and tails to each jamb i.c. steel butt hinges 2.5,, thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surfaces as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & wsteel based surfacees after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreigen matter with ready mixed paint brushing steel primer pink. Complete in all respet and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat on new steel and Steel based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade i.c. cleaning the surfcae of dirt , dust and other foreigen matter sand papering and stoping complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

White washing with lime on un-deorated wall surfces (two coats) to give an even shade including throroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust and mortar drops and loose scale of lime wash and other foreeign matter including all leads,lifts lifts and carriage of maerial at site and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand (two coat) to give an even shade i.c. throughly brooming the surface to remove all disrt, dust mortar drops and loose scale of lime wash and other foreigen matter complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer in-charge..

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3;6 (1cement :3sand:6graded stone 20mm nominal size) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Prov. 40X3mm flat iron hold fast 40cms.long i.c. fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts,nuts. And wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block30X10X15 cms 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F aluminium tower bolts barrel type anodized transparant or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete 200X10mm. complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
