Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. (Bitumen VG-30 @ 3.3% of the weight of mix has been used for analysis purpose. The choice of bitumen will depend upon the prevailing site conditions and shall be in accordance with Clause 504 of MORD) For Grading II 19 mm nominal size (Rates shall be based on bitumen content 3.30% of total mix by weight and density of finished B.M. as 2.20 ton/cum which shall be adjusted up/down as per job mix formula using rate of bitumen @ Rs. 42465.09 per MT and aggregate @ Rs. 1493.48 per cum inclusive of cartage) As per attached analysis

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects For Grading II 10 mm nominal size, bitumen VG-30 (Rates shall be based on bitumen content 5.00% of total mix by weight and density of finished SDBC as 2.31 ton/cum which shall be adjusted up/down as per job mix formula using rate of bitumen @ Rs. 42465.09 per MT and aggregate @ Rs. 1493.48 per cum inclusive of cartage) (Including cost of bitumen)
