BOQ - 2 - Reconductoring 33 KV line using 120 sq mm AAAC XLPE Covered conductor

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Clearing touchings on 33 kV line, cutting tree branches, bamboo clusters. Coconut cudjans etc as specified by departmental staff

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) all classes of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Welding one end of the GI strip 50x6mm with the structure with a welding length of 50mm & 6mm thickness on both sides & end of the strip and connecting other end with bolts & nuts if required including hire charges of DC arc welding set, current charges, cost of low hydrogen DC arc welding electrodes (No.E7018) cost of anti corrosive paint etc. complete.

Stringing of 33kV, 120sqmm XLPE Covered Conductor including fitting of all accessories, providing end terminations, midspan joints, pipe earthing, installing insulated piercing connectors etc

Providing protection for telephone cables, LT, HT and OH lines, traction lines, buildings, road crossing, railway crossing, etc., beneath the line by providing suitable scaffoldings at the time of stringing and dismantling.

Providing one Earth using earth pipe (size 3 m) including digging & backfilling pit and supply of charcoal, salt, sand etc.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Display signboard- Fabricting and supplying stainless steel plates 304 grade for Engllish or malayalam letters of specified hight tickness and fixing on the wall. Rate includes coast of conveyance of all materials labour charges for cutting fabrication assembling, errection, welding, curvaturing, grinding, finishing, chilling screwing and scafolding charges etc. comlete and fixing the letters in correct line and level as directed by the department officers at site.
