RequiredThe bidder should be an experienced and reputed service provider/ contractors / societies/agencies etc in Providing man power on outsourcing basis who has valid certificate of registration issued by the Government of Telangana are eligible to participate in the tender. RequiredThe bidder as a prime contractor should have experience in providing man power of value not less than Rs.288.00 Lakhs at the current price level in any one financial year during the last 10 financial years i.e., from 2016-2017 to 2025-26 duly updated by giving 10% simple weightage per year to bring them to updated to current financial year i.e., 2026-27 price level.
RequiredThe experience certified by State or Central Government Departments / Undertaking /Organizations /Autonomous Bodies etc issued by a competent authority of cadre not less than the rank of ASP/DSP/Executive Engineer should be uploaded.
RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience in providing minimum of 120 Nos of any man power to State or Central Government Departments / Undertaking /Organizations /Autonomous Bodies, etc., in any one financial year during the 10 financial years i.e., from 2016-2017 to 2025-26 issued by an officer of cadre not less than the rank of ASP/DSP/Executive Engineer should be uploaded.
RequiredThe bidder shall have an available Bid capacity more than the ECV i.e., Rs.288.00 Lakhs, which shall be assessed as per the following formula : Available Bid capacity = (3AN-B)
RequiredValid Statutory Registrations viz: GST, PAN, Labour Registration, EPF, ESI code numbers (registration certificate), ISO Certificate: 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 (any one of the ISO Certification), latest IT returns (copies should be uploaded).
RequiredContractor should attend the pre bid meeting on dt:07.08.2026 at 03:00 PM, 7th Floor, Buddha Bhavan, Ranigunj, Secunderabad and visit Office to understand the challenges, scope of work before quoting the tender and should be certified by concerned charge in officer, the same signed copy of pre-bid certificate should be uploaded as a part of pre -qualification criteria or else bid will be rejected
RequiredTurnover should be 3 times of ECV (Turnover certificate should be enclosed certified by CA).
RequiredAgency Commission percentage should be between 2% and 5%.
RequiredThe due date of ESI & EPF payment is 15th of every month.
RequiredIt is the responsibility of the agency to pay the ESI & EPF & PT as per schedule every month. Failure to comply will entitle them for disqualification.

RequiredThe Agency is responsible for the payment of the 3 months salaries of the employees in case of any delay.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload Solvency Certificate for an amount of Rs.200.00 Lakhs, validity should be not less than one year from the date of tender opening from any Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Commercial Banks.
RequiredThe bidder shall furnish an ASD @ 5% on ECV in favour of the Commissioner, HYDRAA shall be uploaded on e-procurement platform.
RequiredAll other documents shall be uploaded as per tender document.
