Providing, Fitting and Fixing M.S. Iron angle and shutters for doors and windows Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 meter lead including cost of all labour, TandP etc. required complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

4 cm thick grading concrete 1:2:4 on Roof slab with 12 mm and downgraded size hard broken granite chips on new works including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Finishing wall surfaces with Acrylic wall putty Water based of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaces to receive painting including cost of all materials taxes, labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting 2-coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work 1coats to give an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Priming 1-coat with any approved primer including all labour etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat two coats over a coat of cement primer to outer wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.
