REPAIR OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PLASTER AND PAINTING WORK OF MD AND OTM ACCN AT SOLMARA MIL STN UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces of walls and cornices spoiled by smoke soot, moulds, mass and eefflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots by scraping, washing with water all as specified, filling cracks/ hole hnu applying wall care putty and applying one coat of white wash, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation old decorated surfaces on ceiling and cornices, spoiled by smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots by scraping and washing with water and applying one coat of white wash, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces of walls by vaccum based standing machine all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole by applying wall care putty (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat oil bound distemper white or colured by auto roller, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 5 here-in-before but n.exc 10 cm width or girth, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel and steel based surfce of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall / roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8ltr (undiluted)/10sq mtr diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300PSI, allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm over the plastered /old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty furface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less tha 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1 ) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step 2 ) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3 ) Allow 6 - 8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 -2700 rpm, internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application.

Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram /litre as per the LEEDS specification, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted) /10 sqm, diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6 -8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete as specified and directed. Make - Nerolac Excel Top guard (10years product warranty) / Asian paints ultima protex (10 years product warranty) / Berger weather coat long life 10 (10 years product warranty)

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old plastered surface in different colours such as on PCC Kerbstones, footpath kerb etc. including preparation of old decorated surface, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cm(1:4) on brick/stone/concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC (WPC Will be measured and paid seperately) including taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/ concrete surfaces of any thickness with racking out joints, hacking key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in cm(1:6) on brick/stone/concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/ concrete surfaces of any thickness with racking out joints, hacking key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of vegitation incl roots from wall and roof of bldg,mouth of rain/waste water pipe for building height upto 12 m including necessary scaffolding works, cutting of wall/roof etc to remove complete root of vegetations and applying blue vitriol at the root of vegetation and making good the damaged portion with CM 1:4 & two coats of cement base paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
