OUTSOURCING OF CONSERVANCY AND HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE FOR MES BUILDINGS AND INSTALLATIONS IN THE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY OF GE JORHAT

Outsourcing of conservancy and house keeping service for MES Buildings and Installations as listed in Schedule-A and to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded duly covering for superintendence, overheads and profit, during the period of 11 month after the date of acceptance of tender as per Work Order No.1. NOTE:- (a) Pre-priced rates inserted by the department are deemed to be at par with the Minimum Fair Wages circulated by Chief Labour Commissioner(Central) vide letter No.1/38(3)/2019-LS-II Dated 27 March 2019 & 1/38(5)/2019-LS-II Dated 27 March 2019 applicable for 'C' Area. The lumpsum price shall be worked out by the bidder independently by adding amount to cover for his superintendence, overheads and profit and including all taxes and insert amount to cover all. (b) The Bidder's/Contractor's is to quote lump sum amount under Column 6 covering all the aspects mentioned in the tender documents, representing (%) percentage under Column 9, Above/Below (+ or - denomination) the Lump Sum insered by MES under Column 5.
