Repairs to 300HP Starter unit no 03. at L.I.S Zandfarn Zogiyar by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, then dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following a) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single-Phase preventer with Phase unbalance, phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz. (01 no). b) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter (0-500) of reputed make (01 no each.). a) Providing, fitting & testing of new Contactor Field Coil to MNX 550A 415 volts 50HZ. The Electromagnetic Contactor assembly coil voltage range 240V. (01 no). The starter should be tested on full load after proper repairs at site. c) The job also includes the charge for topping of t oil to all starters three no (20 Ltr).

Providing and fitting of 9-watt LED bulb with E27 or B22 base lamp holder of Philips/havells/ Panasonic/ reputed make for various lift irrigation schemes.

Providing and fitting of pvc insulated 1sq mm flexible copper cable for various schemes

Repairs to OISD starter of lift irrigation scheme Novla & Johama by way of replacement of damaged fixed & movable contact points of OISD starter at site. Fixed contact point eight no each & movable contact point five no each. The job also includes the charge for Repairs to the handle mechanism by way of providing and fitting of new tension springs, nuts and allied accessories. The job includes the charge of skilled labour, tools & tackles for the completion of work.
