Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on wall GI tubing light grade with necessary fittings such as bend, tee, elbow etc complete for the following sizes for protection of LT UG cable.

Removal of surface soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete

M & L for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type -1 with size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for laying LV unreinforced precast concrete cable cover but Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for road cutting /removing the hard Standing/Cutting floor inside the Substaion /E/M Installations / Path for laying of cables of any size complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete for making good to the excavated portion of Road/Hard Standing at road crossing etc complete.

Supply and fix water proof junction box made from SMC sheet readymade of size 168 X 253 X 115 mm with aluminium bus bar of 150 Amp capacity for RYB and neutral fixed inside the junction box with necessary supporting insulators fixed on hylem sheet /Insulating sheet ,MS sheet steel fixed inside the bottom portion of box to connect the cable gland complete , entire assembly fixed to pole /Wall with MS clamp 25 X 5 mm and nuts & bolts, and connecting cables from junction box to fittings complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB DB TPN 4 way IP 43 protection ,double door , concealed on wall and making good to disturbed surface so as to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Make : Legrand /L & T /Havell's.

Supply & Fix VTPN DB withMCCB incomer ,Metal double door,415 V, three phase,6 way ready to use DBs provided with Neutral Bar, Mechanical Impact Strength IK 09 , Insulated busbar assembly, cement spill protector, color-coded interconnecting wire set, cable ties blanking plates and circuits identification labels suitable for MCCB's upto 125Amp as I/C (Frame 1) and MCBs (TP/DP/SP) as outgoing, IP 43 protection, module Optium F2+6+6+6, conforming to IS 8623-1 & 3, IEC 61439-1 & 3 including connection of incomming & out going cables using suitable size lugs and glands complete all as specified and directed. ( Main DBs for Each floors)

Supply and fix in replacement MCB 240 V 50 Hz AC 10 KA , of following rating with necessary lugs for incomming and outgong connections fixed on DB / Enclosure /Panel Boards after taking down the existing MCB of any make/ rating : Make : Legrand / L & T /Havell's

S&F in repair LED indicators (colours red/ yellow/ blue/ white/ green) complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 32x6 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected or indicated including testing on completion incl necessary excavation, earth work, pcc pit, RCC cover ,funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore light grade, GI protection pipe 40 mm bore light grade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
