PROVISION OF 20 KVA STABILIZER, DIGGING OF TRENCH, LT CABLE WITH CHANGEOVER S/W AND MCCB FOR OPERATIONALIZATION OF CCR AT HARNI AIRFIELD AT AF STN BARODA

Excavating over area not exc 1.50m deep and getting out n soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes ) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in hard/dence soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel pipe, angle, post, beam section etc fixed with base plates, necessary nuts, bolts, plate etc as in posts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F structural steel as in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) incl distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to grade Fe 410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/hip/gutter/drip etc premoulded, fixed with self tapping screws all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes,hyphens, brackets, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 2 using 40mm .graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring surface to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming dummy joints 65 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exeeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for removing/laying of cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for well burnt bricks sub class 'B' as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/around cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured for payment.

S&F High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 50 mm bore of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 IS 4984 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm bore, light grade (ISI marked), with and including all fitting (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ fixed to wall/ fixed on pillars complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer of capacity 20 KVA for automatic operation, three phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415V with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, ducts, passed through pipe on walls, poles of following sizes complete all as specified and directed:-

95 Sqmm 3.5 core

50 Sqmm 3.5 core

S&F factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board TPN 4 way (VTPN DB) with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with provn for DPX 160, 4 pole MCCB/TPN and ELM as incommer and outgoing MCBs as required at site complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 along with cable end box complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) MCCBs and MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

S&F MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete all as specified directed.

S&F Isolater four pole, 63 Amp, 415 Volts complete all as specified directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality of capacity 2.0 TR 230 volt AC 50 c/s of 3 star rating and comprising of the following:- (a) 2 Ton capacity Eco friendly refrigerant cooling unit wall mounting type complete with remote control, draining out arrangement, manually adjustable cover for cool air from front and inter connection with the condensing unit etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) One No condensing unit of 2 ton capacity comprising of all fitting such as single phase electric driven compressor, condensing fan motor, condensor with fixing of stand on wall and all necessary controls and accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Additional length of copper tubing if required at site shall be supplied and fixed by the contractor without any extra cost.

M & L for Point wiring complete with 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade enclosed in and including PVC casing and capping with accessories fixed on surface on walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves, Dash fastners and cadmium plated screws all as per ISI including sunk type boxes for AC box including 2.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with 2 pin earth industrial plug and socket complete with one MCB SP 25 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F surface/recess mounted back lit LED 36 watt of size 2 x 2 ft luminaire with highly translucent wide window opal diffuser complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning diesel engine driven generating set of 25 KVA (20KW) capacity with AMF panel of continuous rating at N. T. P fully wired 415 V AC 3 phase, 4 wire 3 cylinder 50 Hz, at a power factor of 0.8 lagging all as per IS-4722/2001 mounted on common base plate and directly coupled through flexible coupling closed couple to diesel engine with dunlop cushy foot mountings (anti vibration) pad in and including acoustic insulated enclosure/canpoy with 70 db noise level at one meter distance from gen set and PCC/RCC foundation as per manufactures recomendation and complete all as specifiedand as directed by engineer-in-charge at site etc & consisting of the following:-

(A) Diesel Engine:- the engine shall be vertical multicylinder four stroke 1500 RPM water cooler complete with water pump assembly turbo charger, battery charging alternator of 12 V instrument panel, electronic in built, governor suitable battery heavy duty with leads suitable size on exhaust pipe of suitable length inclusive of exhaust coupling inside acoustic enclosure and residential silenceer pipe above canopy all as specified & directed by OEM and all other standard fittings/fixtures and all as per OEM specification complete as per IS-1602 for the generator including the following:- (a) Engine protection devices including audio visual indicators & OFF system during low oil pressure high water temperature over speeding of engine (b) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator fan blade water pump with belts thermostant guard (c) Hour meter

(B) Acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy for gen set:- The gen to be provided with acoustic insulated enclosure/conopy fabriciated out of CRCA sheet 16 SWG & pre treated with 7 tank phosphating prior to polyester coating painting, close fit type compact enclosure provided with adequate ventilation system to ensure perfect aspiration and cooling of the DG set to be housed inside and avoide over heating /power deration. Acoustic insulation sound proofing should be made with a high quality insulation conforms to UL94-HF1 class for flammability and suitable including the folliwing:- (a) Control pannel should have blanking windows made out of tuffened glass provided with rubber beading (b) Emergency stop button should be easily accessible

(c) Provn of fitting of branded make including wiring inside canopy (d) Access to fill fuel tank control shall be from out side the canopy enclosure (e) All door, windows pannels should be lockable with single key (f) Single/multi point lifting ficility should be available on the base frame (g) Access to fill the radiater from out side the canopy (h) Specially designed as per manufacturers standard alternators are to be provided control sound at entry to canopy and exist from canopy (j) Adequate ventilation has to be provided to meet the air requirement of engine and alterator

(C) AC Alternator :- The AC alternator (generator) shall be designed for an output of 25 KVA (20KW) at full load for contiuous rating at 0.8 (lag) PF confirming to IS-4722 or BS-2613 RPM 1500 insulation class : H" including self exciting and self regulating control panel with all accessories cable terminal box with suitable size of glands earth terminal etc complete all as per OEM specifications and connection for alternator output terminals to AMF panel shall be with copper conductor with suitable size & cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for gen set. (D) Built up fuel tank original with the DG set.

Note:- (i) Tempareture rise in the compartment/canopy should be less than 5 degree centigrate (ii) It should adhere to mandatory noise regulation norms (iii) It should be duly approved and guaranteed by the engine manufacturer (iv) The acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy must be designed as per relevant IS and control the noise level all as specified in govt of india notification GSR 7 dated 22 Dec 98 and GSR No 37(E) F No 8-15022/2/2001. (v) LT cable from DG set to AMF panel shall be measured & paid for separately (vi) The FOL etc required for commissoning and testing of DG set shall be supplied by the contractor.This shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of gen set (vii) Battery 80 AH capacity- 01 No

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 32x6mm galvanised iron strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover, funnel, 20mm dia GI water pipe light grade all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for cutting of hard standing for laying of LT cable complete and making good to the disturbed surface by using PCC 1:3:6 of thickness not exceeding 20cm and width not exceeding 20cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring of holes horizontally under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology for insertion of LT cable up to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
