Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for cutting involvd for subgrade b paid for seperately) depending upon the clasification of all kind of soil complete as per HPPWD specifications including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub grade completed as per HPPWD specification.including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base well graded materials spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three milimetre to forty five milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by manual mean including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surfaces of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kg. per sqm ( zero point seventy to one kilogram ) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification clause -502 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30kg(Zero point two five to zero point three zero Kilograme ) per Square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydroulic broom as per techanical specification clouse 503. including hauling/carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam VG-10 with 60-80 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes (fifty tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.30 ( three point thirty) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 504 complete in all respects including hauling/carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre) thick VG-10 with 60-80 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes (Fifty tonne) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507complete in all respects including hauling/ carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1,&1603.2 2nd sort and sorting out useful/un useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of the un-useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means and labour (if any required) Recovery for useful stone of 569.75 Cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs.170925/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Earth work in Excavation for structures in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of soil ordinary and hard rock work with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met in the spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion. pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his wen cost, including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawing and direction of engineer-in-charge and transportation soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head laod animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305.1.1 All useful materials, such as stones shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect. Construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain concrete in open foundation 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand :twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty miilimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations and plinths or similar works complele as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain in open foundation PCC grade 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand :eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty miilimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations and plinths or similar works complele as per drawings and technical specification clause 802 ,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203. P.C.C grade M-10 using graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Randum rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement six sand ) in sub structure as per drawing and technical specifgication clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Coursed rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 ( one cement : five sand ) (2nd sort) in sub structure as per drawing and technical specifgication clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry in breast and retaining wall, revetment wall and parapets etc. for sub structure complete as per technical specification clause 704.6 and 1604 and scaffolding etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including haulage/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets clause 1101. 900mm (nine hundred milimetre) dia With in all leads and lifts of Materials , carriage complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble flooring complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1303.3 including hauling / carriage of all labour euipments and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling with granular materials behind abutment wing walls and return walls complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1206.3 granular material including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (four milimetre) dia G-I wire confirming to IS 280 amd IS 4826 in 100mmx100mm (one hundred milimetre x one hundred milimetre) mesh wooven diaganally inculding ten percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulder weight not less than 25 kg (twenty five kilogramme) each as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301. with in all leads and lifts of materials to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of hill side V-Shape drain 0.45 x 0.25 ( zero point four five x zero point two five ) metre laying 10 cm. ( Ten centimetre thick) M-10 (M- ten) grade nominal mix drain in accordance with the requirement of specification true to line and grade . Dimension and other particular as per drawing and technical specification clause 1606.1 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of parapets with plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand :eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of excavation. Form work with steel plates and as per drawing and technical specification clause 800 and 1208.4 including haulling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M -15 (M-fifteen) grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC : 8 (eight) Fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification rural roads clause. 1703 including mechanically mixed and vibrated (ordinary, kilometre stone precast) including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M -15 (M- fifteen) grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC : 8 (eight) Fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification rural roads clause. 1703 including mechanically mixed and vibrated 200 metre (Two hundred metre ) stone including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing in position 5th ( fifth kilometre) stone precast in reinforced cemnt concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) mechnically mixed and vibrated of standard design as per indian Road Congress-8 (eight) fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads 2014 clause 1703 including hauling /carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx 5mm (twenty five milimetre into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm (twenty five milimete into twenty five millimetre in to five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (two Nos.) 75mm x75mm (seventy five milimetre in to seventy five millimetre) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-25 (M- twenty five) grade blocks of 450m x450mm 600mm (four hundred fifty millimetre into four hundred fifty milimetreinto six hundred milimetre) 600mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx 47mm (forty seven milimetre in forty seven millimetre) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides lettering and printing, arrows, borders etcetera will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of super quality in required shade and colour. Providing and fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing 3 M. S three M.S plate 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick duly welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm (twenty five into twenty five into five milimetre) on edges, supported with 2 no vertical post and 2nos horizontal post mase of 75mm x 75mm (seventy five milimetre into seventy five milimetre)of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) grade blocks of 600mm x600mm x 750 mm (six hundred into six hundred into seven hundred fifty milimetre) 600mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides lettering and printing, arrows, borders etcetera will be painted ready mixed synthic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1701 and 1700.1 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY 2.00 km (two kilometre) board with logo board with mild steel plates of 1.6 (one point six millimetre) duly welded with mild steel flat iron 25mm x 5mmm (twenty five into five milimetre) size on back on edges plate will be welded with one number 75mm x75mm (seventy five into seventy five milimetre) of 12 SWG ( Twelve standard wire Gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (M fifteen)grade blocks of 600mm x600mm x 600mm ( six hundred into six hundred into six hundred milimetre) 600mm ( six hundred milimetre) below ground level. All mild steel will be stove enameled on sides, both side painting, borders, back ground and road marking with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint per drawing and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads 2014 clause 1701 and 1700.1 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pavement marker (Cat eyes) made out of ABS plastics of size 128x110x29.5 mm (one hundred twenty eight x one hundred ten x twenty nine point five milimetre) without nail having 50 mm (fifty milimetre) stem of ABS. The pavement market shall be installed with epoxy Abs. including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (vi) of contract data to general consition of contract and technical specification of Ministry of rural Development for rural roads August 2004 (two thousand four) for rural roads including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
