PART-A-SUGAULI- Tube cleaning job of old evaporator set, juice heaters & vacuum pans:
Opening, box up of manholes, sight glass and tubes cleaning of evaporator body no. 1 having heating surface area-1000 sq. m. Contractor have to run 3 shafts in one time and cleaning should be completed within 24 hrs.
Opening, box up of manholes, sight glass and tubes cleaning of evaporator body no. 2 having heating surface area-1100 sq. m. Contractor have to run 3 shafts in one time and cleaning should be completed within 24 hrs.
Opening, box up of manholes, sight glass and tubes cleaning of evaporator body no. 3 having heating surface area-550 sq. m, Contractor have to run 2 shafts in one time and cleaning should be completed within 24 hrs.
Opening, box up of manholes, sight glass and tubes cleaning of evaporator body no. 4 having heating surface area-550 sq. m. Contractor have to run 2 shafts in one time and cleaning should be completed within 24 hrs.

Opening and box up of top and bottom cover and tube cleaning of condensate juice heater (H.S.-265sqm). Contractors have to run 2 shafts in one time and cleaning should be completed within 8 hrs.
Equipment’s cleaning, chemicals shifting & filling job.
Opening, box up of manholes, sight glass and cleaning of juice sulphiter including gas line, should be completed within 8 hrs.
Opening, box up of manholes, sight glass cleaning of syrup sulphiter including gas line, should be completed within 4 hrs.
Cleaning of Sulphur furnace & it's gas line, cleaning should be completed within 4 hrs.
Shifting of chemical bags (50 kgs) from ware house to different bodies of evaporator set & filling of chemical in respective bodies. Job should be completed within 4 hrs. After evacuation of evaporator set.
Repairing of shaft & cutter
Repairing of tool head cutter. Job includes providing and replacement of cutter beads, arm pin, lock pin, spring, straight cutter, hinge etc.
Repairing of flexible shaft. Job include providing and replacement of inner core, hand pieces, motor side nipple, shaft end nipple, coupling, jointing outer casing of flexible shaft/Brazing sockets and inner core etc.
