M&L for repairing / servicing of 7.5 to 15HP capacity submersible pump by dismantling the pump and taking out defective/unsv/worn out parts of submersible pump set and replacement/servicing of all defective parts as under and reassebling the pump set including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing / servicing of electric motor cap 7.5HP to 15 HP couplled to submersible pump, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and coupling pulley and transport to work shop for repair. Removal of existing burnt out copper winding wire, cleaning of slots using suitable reagents and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge to achieve required RPM, varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, painting and brought back to existing location and assembling the same after complete repair, connecting with pump and making necessary electrical connection and testing of motor after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair. Non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair.

M&L for repairing / servicing of 20 to 30 HP capacity Openwell submersible pump by dismantling the pump and taking out defective/unsv/worn out parts of submersible pump set and replacement/servicing of all defective parts as under and reassembling the pump set including testing complete all as specified and directed:-

M&L for repairing / servicing of electric motor cap 20HP to 30 HP couplled to Openwell submersible pump, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and coupling pulley and transport to work shop for repair. Disconnecting of existing pipe connections and electrical connections, de-watering and lifting up the non cloging type submersible pumps 15HP of discharge capacity 720 LPM (Make KSB) from UG sewage sump of 10.7 mtr deep carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site shall be included in quoted rate.

De-assembling of electric motor of 15HP of non cloging submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing size / gauge and weight, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of non-clogging submersible pump of discharge capacity 920 LPM, 12 Mtrs head (Make-KSB), for repair by replacing of company recommended parts of mechanical seal - 2 Nos, lower bearing - 1 No, O ring - 1 No, spiral plate - 1 No, compay recommended lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and comissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix star delta starter three phase 415v along with short circuit protection connected accessories suitable with for 15 to 30 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix star delta starter three phase 415v along with short circuit protection connected accessories suitable with for 40 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix star delta starter three phase 415v along with short circuit protection connected accessories suitable with for 50 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix star delta starter three phase 415v along with short circuit protection connected accessories suitable with for 75 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair three phase pole power contactor, 10-100Amps, rated coil voltage 230, 50Hz including connected accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make: As per sample obtained from site and approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair current converter preventer relay range 2-5 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Make: As per sample obtained from site and approved by GE.

Supply and Fix in repair submersible pump cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade and connecting complete including taking out old unsv damaged cable of following sizes:-

(a) 6 Sqmm 3 core

(b) 10 Sqmm 3 core

Supply and fix in repair pressure gauge 4" dial 0-21 kgs rating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 4 pole 415 volts, Adjustable type 160 Amps with Breaking capcity 36KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 4 pole 415 volts, Adjustable type 200 Amps with Breaking capcity 36KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 4 pole 415 volts, Adjustable type 250Amps with Breaking capcity 36KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS pipe medium grade of size 80mm dia, thickness shall not be less than 4.05mm for suction line of pump, header of pumps and connecting to exisiting pipe line including cutting, fabrication work and including weliding work fixing with exisiting pipe line like suction pipe of all motor pumps with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS pipe medium grade of size 100mm dia, thickness shall not be less than 4.05mm for suction line of pump, header of pumps and connecting to exisiting pipe line including cutting, fabrication work and including weliding work fixing with exisiting pipe line like suction pipe of all motor pumps with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair cast iron butter fly valve, with both end flanged type, conforming to IS 13095 with nuts bolts and washers of suitable size and necessary rubber gaskets etc for following sizes complete incl taking out old unsv complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

(a) 100 mm bore

(b) 80 mm bore

Supply and installation, testing, commissioning, factory made CPRI approved, outdoor type feeder pillar box, of size not less than 600mmx300x450mm made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, 415volts, 3 phase, 50Hz supply mounted on and including MS angle section 40x40x5mm thick MS frame with frant and back openable, double door with provision of locking arrangement dust proof, gasket, TPN busbar capacity 100 Ampsaa shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof, overall power coated complete all as specified and directed & consisting of the following equipment including taking out old unserviceable:-

S&F in repair PVC 3 Core copper cable 1.5 Sqmm insulated for fixing of junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair outdoor type solar type automatic timer for street light control single phase 230 volt maximum load 3-5 KW 25 Amp rating with hinged LID complete all as specified and directed. Make- Swadeep model No Swadeep-66-3KW1P or equivalent.

Servicing of pressure filter of capacity 1000-LPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of difffrent size approximately (1000kg) carefully opening the stariner and reset the same after replacement of filter media cleaning filter nozzles with pressure water , refill the filter bed with fresh media and leaning the pebbels 20mm 10mm 40mm/2mm topping up to the short fall with new media , servicing the backwash system, replacing the unserviceable pressure gauge, testing and commissioning including skilled labour T&P welding charges all as specified and directed complete. M & L for preparation of old painted exposed surface of Pressure filter and Header repaired pressure filters at diffrent locations filter media,filter tanks connecting to borewells, old Pipe line of different size from 80 mm to 100 mm bore suction & delivery line existing metre as per site by removing dust, dirt, and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour by using the air pressure spray gun machine, writing marked in suction /delivery line to pressure filter with white paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to diesel engine opearted at 1800 RPM of cap 10HP complete repair/replacement of below mentioned items Make: Kirloskar installed at Dewatering pumps at E/M Yard. Note: Mather & Platt with taking out and repair/replacement of defective parts as under
