Cabin Table : Table top - 2100 x 750 x 750 , Side unit - 900 x 450 x 750 , Back unit - 2100 x 450 x 750 Pedestal unit - 400 x450x 700 Providing and fixing table unit consist main table, side table, back storage with pedestal unit with all necessary accessories keyboard, CPU stand ,cable manager, modesty panel etc with all required necessary accessories. All finishes laminate,powder coating /anodizing shade shall be approved by architect. Table top : 25mm thk chamfered finish laminated Plywood board with 2mm thick matching PVC edge banding as per approved make and sample by Architect/ Client. Modesty :Front side MS Powder Coated modesty panel of 450mm ht as per approved make and sample by Architect/ Client. Verticle & Horizontal support: Combination of alumium extrusions(6005-T6) & aluminium dia cast component (LM-24) Or MS support with powder coated as per selection. Pedestal Unit:Providing and fixing pedestal unit comprising one box drawer and one file drawer fitted with telescopic channels of Hettich / Häfele make or approved equivalent for smooth operation, provided with a central locking system locking all drawers with a single key and profile handles as per approved selection, and mounted on castors for easy mobility. Flip Open:-450mmx150mm Aluminium Powder coated flip open above the table top with build in Soft closing mechanism and Termination Box below table top to accommodate electrical and data socket. Wires shall be taken into the system through cable ducts from the junction boxes and it is carried upto the table top using wire manager. Raceway :0.8 mm thick CRCA horizontal and vertical raceways with metal separator.A special flexible rubber component that allows easy and safe passage of wires. Level adjustors are provided to take care of unevenness in floor. PVC edge banding are imported from Rehau or Dolken of Germany. The complete furniture unit is factory assembled with knock down fittings. All finishes laminate,powder coating /anodizing shade shall be approved by architect. Rate shall inclusive of mock up sample, all materials, loading, unloading, transportation, monocoat polish, placing at all floors and for all leads, all accessories as described in item description. Work complete as per the detailed drawing , mockup sample and instruction of Architect/Client. Equivalent to VNR Series Laminate.

Head chair : HoF - Evior Air (High Back) or equivalent make as per approved list of make Work complete as per the approved sample & instruction of EIC. Rate shall be inclusive of all materials, loading, unloading, transportation, placing at all floors and for all leads, mockup sample , polishing and all accessories as described in item description.

Visitor Chair : HoF - Evior Air (Medium Back) or equivalent make as per approved list of make Work complete as per the approved sample & instruction of EIC. Rate shall be inclusive of all materials, loading, unloading, transportation, placing at all floors and for all leads, mockup sample , polishing and all accessories as described in item description.

Double Bed : 72" x 78" (Mattress area) Providing and fixing King Size Bed with Headboard as per detailed drawings/reference image. Material: Made with solid sesame wood with melamine matte polish. Structure: Solidwood with approved polish. Drawers: N/A Storage: N/A Hardware/Fittings: Fitted with Häfele or Hettich hardware as per selection by Architect; work complete including all necessary hardware, fittings, and accessories. Workshop Drawing & Mock-up Sample: Contractor shall provide workshop drawings for approval and supply mock-up sample prior to execution. Transportation & Placement: Complete loading, unloading, transportation, and placement at all floors for all leads included. Execution: Work to be completed strictly as per detailed drawings and instructions of Architect/Client, ensuring high-quality workmanship and a durable finish.

Head Board Panel at 15° Angle Tilt. Supporting frame : MS SHS 25mmx25mmx1.2mm Below Mattress Support: 12mm thick MR Grade Plywood. Mattress 4 inch thick curlon made. Storage Box Size: 900mm(W)x700mm(L)x350mm(H) Constructed of MS powder-coated frame matching the bed frame. Metal Joinery:Combined welded & knockdown construction for ease of transportation and assembly. Standards & Approvals:All metal sections to confirm to standard gauge/size as specified. Contractor shall provide workshop drawings for approval and mock-up sample prior to execution.
