M&L for Servicing of Air conditioner Split type of capcities 1.5 to 2.0 TR complete with dismantling internal and external units into components , cleaning of components fan motor, blower, housing, filters etc.Checking up and rectification to wiring and connections,cleaning and reinsulation of refrigerant lines, replacement of necessary parts and accessories, re-allignment of the fan coil unit and replacement of drain / condensate pipe , connecting up and testing, to make the unit in fully working condition complete all as specified. Note : The spares replaced shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

M&L for dismantling the indoor and out door units of the air conditioner split type completely, transporting to workshop for carrying out repairs, transporting back to the site, re-installing the same on the new / existing location including copper tube, fixing for clamp complete all for satisfactory functioning of the equipment complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge at site.

Supply only the following spares to be incorporated during the repairs to Air conditioner Split / Window type vide Serial Item No. 1 herein before:

Note for item Nos. 3.01 to 3.17 : The makes of the items/spare parts shall be as per existing make at site or as decided, recommened by Engineer-in-Charge and approved by AGE (I).

M & L for Recharging of refrigerants Gas in Split type Acs / Water Coolers / refrigerator/Deep Freezers all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for repairs and maintenance of water cooler of cooling capacity upto 40 Ltrs / Hr and storage capacity upto 120 Ltrs complete with disconnecting the water connection, inserting dead plug, dismantling the fan motor, taps, fan blades, condenser etc.Checking up and rectification to wiring and connections, replacement of necessary parts and accessories, cleaning of the cold water tank, piping, refrigerant lines, reallignment of the fan coil unit and replacement of drain pipe , connecting to water mains and testing to make the unit in fully functional condition. Note: 1. Equipment Shall be serviced once for every quarter and reptated maintenance shall not be measured( i.e. duplication of mainetnance shall not be measured). Labor Charge for On site repairs is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the job. 2. Spares replaced during the process of repair shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item herein after. 3. Rates shall include the cost of dismantling and transporting the Water Cooler to workshop. 4. The spares replaced shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

S & F in repairs 15 mm ball brass valves, high pressure with Polyethylene float and flynut complete screwed for Iron pipe on or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specied and as directed.

S & F in repairs Sheet Metal enclosure with 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP of Capacity upto 32 Amps 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down geyser of capacity 25 to 50 Ltrs from the location after disconnecting electric and water connection carefully and sealing cable ends and water pipe for repair or removing to store for safe custody & stripping down, testing of tank, and connecting up carrying out repairs complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Note: 1. Equipment shall be serviced once in a year and reptated maintenance shall not be measured ( i.e. duplication of mainetnance shall not be measured) . Labour Charge for on site repairs is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the job. 2. Spare replaced during the process of repair shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item herein after.

Taking down / Opening up of ceiling fan mounted at the height upto 4 mtr for examination, joint inspection preparation of inventory of each fan assessing listing nature and details for repair /overhauling /providing new lubricating, grease in bearing/bushes, re-assembling, commissioning and testing complete, providing nuts, bolts, locking bolts, blades screws, split pin, rubber real, PVC connector, washers and PVC Cable of size 0.5 sqmm x 3 core where ever required and refixing in position complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All major rerpair such as replacement of Bush, bearing , condensor, connection wire , PVC canopy, Fan Blade, winding,& painting will be measured & paid separately under relevant items here-in-after.

M&L for taking down of ceiling fan, removing of burnt winding from ceiling fan stator of size 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep and rewinding the same with equal gauge of super enameled copper winding wire, insulating paper, varnishing and testing complete and refixing the same in its own position including transportation to contractor's work shop and bringing back to store and testing complete

M&L for scraping all foreign materials with emery paper, cleaning the body, blades, legs, frame and down rod (preparatory work) for painting ceiling fan and painting with one coat of super enamelled white paint (spray paint)/grey paint and writing of MES No. with capital letter of size 20 mm height and 03 mm width with synthetic enamel black paint for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & Taking down Exhaust fan any make any size from any position at site transporating to MES store Yard & dismantling blades opening the stator and rotor of fan and providing new lubricating, grease in bearing / bushes, reassembling including providing nuts, bolts, locking bolts, blades screws, split pin, rubber reel, PVC connector, rubber pad, washers wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All major rerpair such as replacement of Bush, bearing , condensor, connection wire, winding & painting will be measured & paid separately under supply only items here-in-after
