Opening/lifting of the man hole cover and taking out waste soil, night soil, sludge, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste from man holes, septic tanks in any condition by pumping or any other mechanical means, cleaning internal surfaces of the tank with clean water and refix the man hole cover on completion of work, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The night soil, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste in any condition removed from septic tank shall be taken away from respective vicinities and NB(K) Premises on closed containers/conveyance and disposed off out of defence land (b) Disposal of the same shall be the responsibility of the contractor with out any extra expenditure to government. Disposal of waste shall be made in accordance with the regulations of authorities concerned. c) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cleaning the neared MH & sewage line from that MH to septic tank

M&L for pumping oput sludge water from manhole for cleaning blocked sewage line mouth complete all as specifed and as directed.

Cleaning by roding /bamboo split and taking out waste soil, sludge and other foreign materials from sewage line/effluent drains below/above GL of any dia sewage line and removed all waste in sealed container complete all as directed .

Removing the chokes of WC/bathroom/kitchen traps/drains up to Ist manholes including cleaning of gully traps in single storied/ground floor of multistoried bldgs complete all as specified and as directed .

Cleaning of covered drain not exc 45 cm wide and removal of silt to a distance exc 100 mtr and not exc 150 mtr away from starting point and disposed off complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of CI rain water pipe/soil waste pipe of any dia by roding /bamboo split and taking out waste soil, sludge and other foreign materials from pipe line,including taking down inspection eye door cover and re fixing the same in exsiting position after cleaning complete all as sepcified and as directed .

Open drain cover slab/gratting of any size and shape re fixing the same in exsiting position after cleaning of drain with cement concrete 1:2:4 on bth side complete all as sepcified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repairs vitirious chaina squatting pan orissa pattern size 580 x 440 mm with white integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including provision of lime concrete bedding to connecting to trap, and to flusing pipe, anti-syphonoge pipe etc, complete making good floor complete all as specified.

S&F in repair fancy type 15mm pillar tap, cast copper alloy, with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered "hot" or "cold" with long screwed shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F 110 mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radious 110 mm dia including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC (SWR) Junction single (Single T) equal or unequal provided for 110 mm dia pipe , including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&Fin repairs sinks made of stainless steel lmm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm. Complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry or pre cast cement concrete block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry in Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type/size including mild steel bars in any size complete all as specified.

Supply and fix MS galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 50mmx50mm with 3.10 mm dia wire (weight not less than 3.25 Kg /Sqm) including binding with GI binding wire complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed .

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with andincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs vitreous China white Wash Hand Basin, size 550x400mm (Flat Back type) with 32mm dia Brass Chromium Plated Waste Fitting, a pair of Cast Iron Brackets duly painted/erecting Stand including Cutting and Pinning in Ends, Making Good disturbed surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern , low level, white , with inlet, ball valve , float and handle incl bracket , chain and pull/lever ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 40 mm dia low density polyethylene (LDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cast iron floor trap, 100mm bore with stainless steel grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1(1:2:4) complete all as specified

S&F in repairs PVC waste pipe 32 mm dia 800 mm length complete all as specified

Demolition of plain cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above gound level) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2, using (40mm graded aggregate) as in pavement,sub base to flooring etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall or ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc , keep in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

S&F interlocking aluminium alloy anodized snap grid for ceiling consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.5mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm, 1200mm long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and provide a secondary cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm (of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mm x 600mm panel to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 32mm x 32mm x 1.5mm. Demolition of plain cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces with cement mortar (1:3) (mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. WPC shall be measured seperately.

Supply only Water Proofing compound, conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manu-facturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :-(a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry plastered surface as per IS:3067-1966.(b) Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.2kg per Sqm.(c) Applying evenly One Coat of Blow Hot Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm on Primed Surfaces.(d) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Mem-brance; 4.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 4 Kg Per Sqm (reinforced) with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre by Torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the Transverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction. (e) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane,complete all as specified and as directed .
